ԵԱՏՄ-ի երկրները ձեռնամուխ են լինում Մաքսային օրենսգրքի մասին պայմանագրի վավերացմանը

 Ապրիլի 11-ին ավարտվել Է Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության Մաքսային օրենսգրքի մասին պայմանագրի ստորագրման փուլը: ԵԱՏՄ-ի երկրները ձեռնամուխ են լինում ներպետական ընթացակարգերին, որոնք նախորդում են փաստաթղթի վավերացմանը: Նոր Մաքսային օրենսգիրքն ուժի մեջ կմտնի այն բանից հետո, երբ Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովը Պայմանագրի վավերացման վերաբերյալ ծանուցումներ կստանա մասնակից բոլոր հինգ երկրներից, տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը՝ հղում անելով ԵԱՏՀ-ի մամուլի ծառայության հաղորդագոությանը:
Դրանում նշվում Է, որ ԵԱՏՄ-ի Մաքսային օրենսգիրքը միության նորմատիվային-իրավական բազայի հիմնական փաստաթղթերից մեկն Է: Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության մասին պայմանագրում ամրագրված Է, որ մաքսային կարգավորումն իրականացվում Է ԵԱՏՄ-ի Մաքսային օրենսգրքին համապատասխան: Այն կփոխարինի Մաքսային միության գործող Մաքսային օրենսգրքին եւ մաքսային կարգավորման հարցերի վերաբերյալ միջազգային համաձայնագրերին, որոնք կնքվել Էին տնտեսական ինտեգրացման վաղ փուլերի՝ Մաքսային միության եւ Միասնական տնտեսական տարածքի պայմանագրային-իրավական բազայի ձեւավոման ժամանակ:
Ինչպես նշվում Է հաղորդագրության մեջ, ԵԱՏՄ-ի Մաքսային օրենսգիրքը կբարձրացնի մաքսային կարգավորման միասնականացման եւ համաձայնեցվածության մակարդակը միությունում: «Այժմ շատ գործընթացներ կավտոմատացվեն,-ասել Է Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովի կոլեգիայի նախագահ Տիգրան Սարգսյանը:- Ձեռնարկատերերի եւ մաքսավորների շփումը կհասցվի նվազագույնի: Փաստաթղթին անհամբերությամբ Էին սպասում մեր բիզնեսի ներկայացուցիչները: Մաքսային օրենսգրքի ուժի մեջ մտնելուց հետո մենք ԵԱՏՄ-ում բիզնես-կլիմայի զգալի բարելավում ենք ակնկալում»: 
Փաստաթուղթն օրենսդրորեն ամրագրում Է միության մեջ արտաքին տնտեսական գործունեության մաքսային վարչարարության համակարգի փոխադրումը «թղթայինից» Էլեկտրոնային տեխնոլոգիաների: Նման մոտեցումը զգալիորեն կտնտեսի բիզնեսի ռեսուրսները, կարագացնի մաքսային ընթացակարգերի հետ կապված գործընթացները, ինչպես նաեւ, փաստորեն, կչեզոքացնի «մարդկային գործոնը» որոշումների ընդունման բոլոր փուլերում՝ հայտարարագրի գրանցումից մինչեւ ապրանքների թողարկումը:
Նոր Մաքսային օրենսգրքի վրա աշխատանքը շարունակվել Է երեք տարի: ԵԱՏՄ-ի Մաքսային օրենսգիրքն առաջին պայմանագիրն Է դարձել միության նորմատիվային-իրավական բազայում, որը բոլոր փուլերում համատեղ մշակել են հանձնաժողովը, մասնակից բոլոր հինգ երկրների պետական մարմիններն ու բիզնես-ընկերակցությունները:
