Արցախյան պատերազմում և զինադադարից հետո իրենց կյանքը հայրենիքին զոհաբերած մարդկանց մասին պարբերաբար գրվում է։ Շատ քիչ է գրվում հաշմանդամ դարձած զինվորականների մասին։ Նրանց մի հատված, ցավոք, պատշաճ ուշադրության չի արժանանում։ Նրանցից ոմանք հայտնվել են աղքատության ճիրաններում։

Արցախյան պատերազմում և 1994-ի մայիսյան զինադադարից ի վեր Հայաստանը և Արցախը միասին ունեցել են ավելի քան 10 հազար հաշմանդամ զինծառայողներ, որոնցից ավելի քան 500-ը՝ առաջին կարգի, իսկ 5000-ականը՝ երկրորդ և երրորդ կարգի։

Այս թվերը պաշտոնական չեն, այլ արդյունք են իմ շարունակական հետազոտությունների:

Հայաստանի հաշմանդամ զինծառայողների թիվը կազմում է շուրջ 8․250, որոնցից գրեթե 400-ը՝ առաջին կարգի, 3․800-ը՝ երկրորդ կարգի և ավելի քան 4․000-ը՝ երրորդ կարգի։

Պատերազմի տարիներին՝ 1991-1994 թթ, և զինադադարից հետո Հայաստանը ունեցել է շուրջ 200-ական առաջին կարգի հաշմանդամներ։

Արցախի հաշմանդամ զինծառայողների թիվը կազմում է գրեթե 2․200, որոնցից 150-ը՝ առաջին կարգի, մոտ 1․200-ը՝ երկրորդ կարգի և շուրջ 850-ը՝ երրորդ կարգի։

Վերջերս մենք նոր տվյալներ էինք հաղորդել 1991-1994 թվականների Արցախյան պատերազմում և Հայաստան-Ադրբեջան սահմաններում տեղի ունեցած ռազմական գործողությունների ընթացքում, ինչպես նաև 1994-ի մայիսյան զինադադարից ի վեր հայկական կողմերի՝ Արցախի և Հայաստանի, կորուստների մասին։

Զոհերի ընդհանուր թիվը 9700 է, որի մեջ ներառված չէ Արցախի և Հայաստանի խաղաղ՝ քաղաքացիական բնակչության կորուստների թիվը:

Ըստ իմ վերջին տվյալների, պատերազմում Արցախի զոհերի թիվը 3300-ից ավելի է: Այս 3300-ից շուրջ 2.700-ը գրանցվել է պատերազմի տարիներին, իսկ շուրջ 600-ը՝ 1994-ի մայիսյան զինադադարից ի վեր:

3300-ի մեջ չեն ներառվել պատերազմի տարիներին Արցախի քաղաքացիական բնակչության զոհերը, որոնց ընդհանուր թիվը 1.500-ի սահմաններում է:

Այսպիսով, ընդամենը 140.000 բնակչություն ունեցող Արցախը ընդհանուր առմամբ տվել է 4.800 զոհ զինվորականների և քաղաքացիական բնակչության շրջանում:

Հայաստանից Արցախյան պատերազմում և հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմաններում ռազմական գործողությունների ընթացքում զոհերի ընդհանուր թիվը կազմում է շուրջ 6500: Այս թիվը ներառում է 26 տարվա ժամանակահատված՝ 1990-ից մինչև 2016 թվականը՝ ներառյալ Ապրիլյան քառօրյա պատերազմը:

Ձեռքիս տակ ունենալով բազմաթիվ բաց և պաշտոնական աղբյուրների տվյալներ, կարող եմ ներկայացնել նոր տվյալներ 1994-ի մայիսյան զինադադարից հետո Հայաստանի և Արցախի տված կորուստների մասին։ Այն ներառում է ինչպես մարտական, այնպես էլ ոչ մարտական կորուստները։

Ըստ իմ ուսումնասիրությունների, որոնք կարող են ոչ ամբողջական լինել, 1994-ից ի վեր Հայաստանն ու Արցախը տվել են ավելի քան 3․500 զոհ՝ մարտական և ոչ մարտական։
