6 ներքին խնդիր, որոնց մասին «բղավում են» դեմքի վրա հայտնվող բշտիկները

Դեմքի մաշկն արձագանքում է օրգանիզմի աշխատանքի ցանկացած խանգարման և փոփոխության՝ մեզ ուղարկելով նշաններ, այդ թվում՝ բշտիկների տեսքով։ Adme.ru-ն ներկայացրել է, թե որ օրգանների աշխատանքին է հարկավոր ուշադրություն դարձնել, եթե դեմքին բշտիկներ են հայտնվել։
1. Ճակատ և հոնքեր։ Այս հատվածում հայտնված բշտիկները, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, վկայում են աղեստամոքսային տրակտի խնդիրների մասին։ Հոնքերի միջև ընկած հատվածում առաջացած բշտիկները կարող են վկայել լյարդի աշխատանքի հետ կապված խնդիրների մասին։ Փորձեք շտկել վիճակը՝ սննդակարգից բացառելով յուղոտ և տապակած մթերքը և էականորեն նվազեցնելով ալկոհոլի օգտագործումը։
2. Քիթ։ Քթին հայտնված բշտիկները վկայում են այն մասին, որ առկա են խանգարումներ սիրտ-անոթային համակարգում։ Դրա առաջին մեղավոր սթրեսն է։ Աշխատեք ակտիվ կենսակերպ վարել, հանգստանալ, պահպանել քնի ռեժիմը։
3. Ականջներ։ Այս հատվածի մաշկը կապված է երիկամների և միզուղիների հետ։ Հրաժարվեք մեծ քանակով աղի և սուրճի օգտագործումից, շատ ջուր խմեք։
4. Այտեր և այտոսկրեր։ Այս հատվածն արտացոլում է թոքեր և բրոնխների աշխատանքը։ Այս հատվածում առաջացած բշտիկները կարող են վկայել շնչառական համակարգի խնդիրների մասին։ Պատճառներից մեկը կարող է լինել նաև ալերգիան։ Բացի այդ, այս հատվածում առաջացող բշտիկները կարող են վկայել նաև ստոմատոլոգիական խնդիրների մասին։
• Ուշադրություն դարձրեք շնչառական համակարգին։ Շատ զբոսնեք և թարմ օդ շնչեք, հրաժարվեք ծխախոտից։
• Ուշադրություն դարձրեք բերանի խոռոչի հիգիենային։ Աշխատեք ավելի քիչ քաղցրավենիք օգտագործել և հրաժարվեք քաղցր գազավորված ըմպելիքի օգտագործումից։
5. Շուրթեր։ Բերանի շրջանում մաշկային խնդիրները կարող են վկայել նյութափոխանակության հետ կապված խնդիրների մասին։ Փորձեք հրաժարվել արագ սնունդից, սննդակարգ ներառեք մրգեր, բանջարեղեն։
6. Ծնոտ։ Այս հատվածում բշտիկների առաջացումը կոչ է անում ուշադրություն դարձնել վերարտադրողական առողջությանը։ Պատճառներից մեկը կարող է լինել հորմոնալ հավասարակշռության խախտումը։
