«Ժողովուրդ» թերթը գրում է.

«Երեկ համացանցում հրապարակվել է ՀՀԿ-ական տխրահռչակ պատգամավոր Արտակ Սարգսյանին՝ ՍԱՍ-ի Արտակին պատկանող SAS գրուպում անցկացված նախընտրական ժողովներից մեկի ձայնագրությունը: Պատկերը, մեղմ ասած, ողբերգական է: Ձայնագրությունից պարզ է դառնում, թե ընկերության աշխատակիցներին ինչ շանտաժով ու սպառնալիքով են ստիպում ՍԱՍ-ի Արտակի համար ձայներ հավաքել, իսկ նրանց, ովքեր, մինչեւ այդ ժողովը չեն կարողացել անուններ ներկայացնել, ժողովը վարողը սկսել է մեկ առ մեկ նախատել:

«Մարդիկ, որոնք նման վերաբերմունք են ցուցաբերում, տեղ չունեն... Էն մարդը, ում անունի դիմաց 0 ա, մենք իրան դիտարկելու ենք, որ մեր դեմ ա, ոչ թե որ չի օգնում, այլ դեմ ա... ստեղ լինելու են նաեւ պարգեւատրումներ, էն մարդիկ, որ կբերեն ձայներ, իրանք կընդունվեն որպես ակտիվիստ, կստանան գումարներ, ընտրողները՝ նույնպես»:  

Ցանկացած նորմալ երկրում այս ամենից հետո քրեական գործ կհարուցվեր, իսկ ՍԱՍ-ի Արտակն էլ, եթե փոքր-ինչ բարոյականություն ունենար, վայր կդներ իր մանդատը, կամ ՀՀԿ-ն, Սերժ Սարգսյանը բարեկամաբար նրան խորհուրդ կտային գնալ այդ քայլի: Բայց քանի որ մենք ապրում ենք Հայաստանում, որը հեռու է ժողովրդավարական նորմալ երկիր համարվելուց, նման երեւույթները նույնիսկ խրախուսվում են: Եվ, ընդհանրապես, կարելի է վստահաբար պնդել՝ նման պատկեր է նաեւ պետական գերատեսչություններում, այլ ընկերություններում:

Իսկ մինչ այդ արձանագրենք ցավալի իրողություն. մի երկրում, որտեղ աշխատանք գտնելը լրջագույն խնդիր է, նման ընկերություններում աշխատողները գտնվում են ստրուկի կամ պատանդի կարգավիճակում եւ պարտավոր են անտրտունջ ենթարկվել վերադասի ապօրինի հրահանգներին:

Այս ձայնագրությունը նաեւ տալիս է հարցի պատասխանը, թե ինչու ԱԺ վերջին ընտրություններում մարդիկ զանգվածաբար տուրք տվեցին ընտրակաշառքին՝ ընտրելով իշխանական թեկնածուներին. այդպես վարվեցին ճարահատյալ՝ չունենալով այլընտրանք»:
