Վանաձորի համար 11 ավագ դպրոցի տնօրեն Նարինե Սահակյանն այսօր այն 8 մանկավարժներից էր, ով «Ուսուցչի օրվա» նախաշեմին ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարար Արմեն Աշոտյանից արժանացավ նախարարության ոսկե մեդալի:
Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում Նարինե Սահակյանը հավատացրեց, որ պարգևների արժանանալ իհարկե հաճելի է, սակայն ոչ որոշիչ: «Մարդ ոնց աշխատում է, այնպես էլ աշխատում է, այսինքն՝ պարգևն այնքանով է լավ, որ դու քեզ գնահատված ես զգում և շնորհակալության արժանանում դրա համար: Բայց ես կարծում եմ, որ նա ով երեխա չի սիրում, ուրեմն գործ չունի դպրոցում, եթե սիրում ես աշակերտին, արդեն կապ չունի քո կարգավիճակը ուսուցիչ ես, թե տնօրեն, պետք է աշխատես»,- ասաց նա և հավելեց, թե սրտացավ աշխատանքն իհարկե արդյունք տալիս է և դեռ դրա համար էլ գնահատական ես ստանում:
Նարինե Սահակյանը համաձայնեց՝ ուսուցչի կերպարի ընկալման խեղաթյուրում կա, իսկ դրա համար նրա խոսքով՝ բոլորն են մեղավոր: «Միայն պետությանը մեղադրել սխալ է, ընտանիքից էլ է կախված, եթե դու հարգանքով ես վերաբերվում ուսուցչին, ապա քո երեխան էլ հարգանքով կվերաբերվի: Ես հիշում եմ իմ դպրոցական տարիները, որ ես իրավունք չունեի ուսուցչին քննադատելու, եթե նույնիսկ ես ճիշտ էի, անպայման ընտանիքում ասում էին, որ դու այդ իրավունքը չունես, որ ուսուցչին քննադատես: Այսօր դա չկա, եթե երեխան նույնիսկ գալիս է չհիմնավորված բողոքում, անպայման ծնողն անցնում է երեխայի կողմը»,- ասաց նա:
Դպրոցի տնօրենը նկատեց, թե պետք է փորձել հասկանալ: «Նույն ուսուցիչը մարդ է , հնարավոր է սխալվի, բայց եթե ճիշտ լուծում տանք, հաստատ կոնֆլիկտ չի լինի: Համաձայն եմ, գուցե փոխվել է ուսուցչի կեցվածքը, խոսելաձևը, ընտանիքի մոտեցումը, դպրոցի դրվածքը, բայց երբ դպրոց-ծնող հարաբերությունները ջերմ են լինում, իրար հետ քայլում են, հաստատ արդյունք տալիս է»,- ասաց նա:
