Հայաստանից Ռուսաստան լաստանավային և երկաթուղային բեռնափոխադրումների սակագների նվազումն անմիջական ազդեցություն կունենա Հայաստանի տնտեսության աշխուժացման վրա, քանի որ անկախությունից ի վեր երկիրը երկու հարևանների կողմից շրջափակման պայմաններում միշտ կանգնած է եղել երկաթուղային և լաստանավային բեռնափոխադրումների բարձր սակագների խնդրի առաջ։ «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում նմ ան կարծիք հայտնեց տնտեսագետ Թաթուլ Մանասերյանը՝ անդրադառնալով ՀՀ վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանի հայտարարությանը ՀՀ-ից ՌԴ լաստանավային և երկաթուղային բեռնափոխադրումների սակագների էական նվազման վերաբերյալ: «Արտաքին շուկաներ դուրս գալու մեր ընտրությունը մեծ չի եղել: Մեր երկրի համար արտաքին շուկային կապող երկրները Իրանն ու Վրաստանն են: Այս առումով, իհարկե, մեզ համար ավելի կարևոր է Վրաստանը: Ուստի դեպի Ռուսաստան լաստանավային և երկաթուղային բեռնափոխադրումների սակագների նվազումը մեզ համար կենսական նշանակություն ունի հատկապես այն ա ռումով, որ ռուսական շուկան հայկական ապրանքների հիմնական սպառողներից է»,- ասաց տնտեսագետը:

Նա հավելեց, որ վերջին տարիներին Ռուսաստանում նկատվող տնտեսական ճգնաժամը էականորեն ազդել է այդ երկրի բնակչության գնողունակության վրա, իսկ հայկական ապրանքները բեռնափոխադրման բարձր սակագների պատճառով ռուս սպառողի համար մատչելի չեն եղել: «Այս իմաստով ևս շատ կարևոր է, որ սակագների նվազումը տեղի է ունենում Ռուսաստանում գնողունակության մակարդակի անկմանը համահունչ: Սա ռուս սպառողի համար հայկական ապրանքներն ավելի մատչելի կդարձնի»,- ընդգծեց Մանասերյանը:

Տնտեսագետն անդրադարձավ նաև ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարար Վարդան Արամյանի հայտարարությանը, թե կառավարությունը նախանշված 3.2 տոկոսից ավելի բարձր տնտեսական աճ է կանխատեսում: «Ես միանգամայն համաձայն եմ Վարդան Արամյանի հետ, ով, լինելով պրոֆեսիոնալ մասնագետ, արել է կանխատեսում, որը ներքին նշաձող է ապահովում: Բայց ես համոզված եմ, որ Հայաստանում առկա մարդկային, հանքային, ֆինանսական և այլ ռեսուրսների ճիշտ կառավարման դեպքում, եթե ոչ այս տարի, ապա գոնե հաջորդ տարվա համար հնարավոր կլինի լավ հիմքեր ստեղծել երկնիշ տնտեսական աճի համար»,- ընդգ ծեց Թաթուլ Մանասերյանը:

Նա ՀՀ տնտեսության աշխուժացման համար կարևորում է նաև գործարար Սամվել Կարապետյանի նախաձեռնությամբ ստեղծված «Հայաստանի ներդրողների ակումբ»-ի՝ 2017թ. ընթացքում Հայաստանի տնտեսության տարբեր ոլորտներում 300 միլիոն դոլարի ներդրումներ անելու պատրաստակամությունը: Տնտեսագետի գնահատմամբ՝ Հայաստանի տնտեսությունը պատրաստ է ընդունել 10-15 միլիարդ դոլարի ներդրումներ, սակայն հորդորում է ՀՀ կառավարությանը օտարերկրյա ուղղակի ներդրումներից զատ մեծ ուշադրություն դարձնել նաև ներքին ներդրումները խթանելուն, քանի որ ներքին ներդրումների բացակայոթյան դեպքում հարց է առաջանում՝ ինչո՞ւ պետք է օտարերկրյա ներդրողը շահագրգռված լինի ՀՀ-ում ներդրումներ կատարելու հարցում: Թաթուլ Մանասերյանը գտնում է, որ հարկավոր է օտարերկրյա ուղղակի ներդրումների և ներքին ներդրումների խթանումը փոխկապակցված իրականացնել և առաջ շարժվել:
