Սիրելի ընթերցողներ Սուրբ զատիկի նախօրեին ավելորդ չի լինի խոսել հավկիթներից և այն վտանգներից, որոնք կարող են լինել բոլորիս կողմից սիրված այդ մթերքում։

Առաջինը, ինչի մասին կուզեի խոսել՝ հավկիթի ընտրությունն է։ Նույնիսկ խանութում ձու գնելիս, խորհուրդ եմ տալիս ուշադրություն դարձնել մաքրությանը։ Կեղտոտ ձուն դեռ չի նշանակում, որ այն տնական է, այլ նշանակում է, որ հիգիենայի պայմանները պահպանված չեն։ Մի տրվեք վաճառողի կամ արտադրողի փոքր խորամանկությանը։ Հավկիթ ընտրելիս պարտադիր ուշադրություն դարձրեք կեղևի ամբողջականությանը։ Ճաքած կամ կոտրված ձուն սննդում օգտագործելը վտանգավոր է առողջության համար։

Ուշադրություն դարձրեք արտադրության ժամկետին, ձվի պահպանման ժամկետը 20 օր է, ոչ բոլոր տեղերն են պահպանում ջերմային ռեժիմները, այդ իսկ պատճառով 20 օր հետո ձուն արդեն ժամկետանց է։ Իսկ կոտրելուց հետո ուշադրություն ենք դարձնում հոտին։ Այնուհետև նայում ենք դեղնուցի գույնին, որը պետք է լինի մուգ դեղինից մինչև մուգ գազարագույն, ինչքան գույնը բաց է, այնքան ձվի որակը ցածր է։ Կոտրելուց հետո նաև ուշադրություն ենք դարձնում դեղնուցի ամբողջականությանը։ Սննդի մեջ օգտագործելու ենթակա ձվի դեղնուցի, ինչպես նաև սպիտակուցի մեջ չպետք է լինեն ավելորդ ներառումներ՝ արյան հետքեր, բծեր, կետեր։ Խորհուրդ եմ տալիս ամեն դեպքում հավկիթը եփելուց առաջ, լավ լվանալ հոսող ջրի տակ և իհարկե լավ եփել։

Իսկ եփելուց հետո պահել սառնարանային պայմաններում: Սառնարանից դուրս պահել թուլատրվում է առավելագույնը 12 ժամ։ Իսկ հավկիթից մարդուն փոխանցվող հիվանդություններից կխոսենք հաջորդ շաբաթ։
