Վահրամ Բաղդասարյանն անդրադարձել է ՍԴ դիմելու Կոնգրես-ՀԺԿ դաշինքի նախաձեռնությանը

Ազգային ժողովի Հանրապետական խմբակցության ղեկավար Վահրամ Բաղդասարյանն անդրադարձել է ընտրությունների արդյունքները վիճարկելու հայցով Սահմանադրական դատարան դիմելու Կոնգրես-ՀԺԿ դաշինքի նախաձեռնությանը: Ապրիլի 14-ին խորհրդարանական ճեպազրույցների շրջանակներում լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանը Վահրամ Բաղդասարյանն ընդգծեց, որ բոլոր հարցերի պատասխանը կտա Սահմանադրական դատարանը, իսկ ինքը չի ցանկանում ՍԴ-ի փոխարեն մեկնաբանություններ անել:
«Բայց երբ ես նայում եմ նախորդ ընտրությունների ժամանակ նրանք քանի կետով էին դիմում Սահմանադրական դատարան, իսկ այս անգամ ընդամենը 3 կետով են դիմում, ապա առաջընթաց կա: Բոլոր հարցերի պատասխանները Սահմանադրական դատարանը կտա»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ ասաց Բաղդասարյանը:
ԱԺ ՀՀԿ խմբակցության ղեկավարը չբացառեց, որ ընտրությունների ընթացքում խախտումներ եղել են: Նա համոզված է, որ եթե խախտումները լայնածավալ են եղել, Սահմանադրական դատարանն անպայման դրանց կանդրադառնա:
Ազգային ժողովի ՀԱԿ խմբակցության քարտուղար Արամ Մանուկյանը հայտնել է, որ դիմելու են Սահմանադրական դատարան ապրիլի 2-ին կայացած խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների արդյունքները վիճարկելու հայցով: Մանուկյանը հայտնեց, որ ՍԴ են դիմելու փաստաթղթով, որը բաղկացած է երեք բլոկից: Առաջին բլոկում նյութեր են ընտրությունների ժամանակ վարչական ռեսուրսի կիրառման վերաբերյալ, երկրորդ բլոկում ընտրակաշառքի, երրորդում՝ վերահսկողական մեխանիզմների վերաբերյալ: «Այսօր, հավանաբար, ժամը 16:00-ին կդիմենք Սահմանադրական դատարան: Մենք Սահմանադրական դատարան դ իմում ենք «Քաղաքացի դիտորդ» և «Իրազեկ քաղաքացիների միություն» հասարակական կազմակերպությունների խնդրանքով: Նրանք խնդրել էին մեզ օժանդակել իրենց այդ հարցում, և մենք որոշում կայացրեցինք համատեղ ուժերով գնալ այս քայլին»,- նշել էր Մանուկյանը:
