Յուրի Խաչատուրովը ՀԱՊԿ նոր գլխավոր քարտուղարն է

Յուրի Խաչատուրովը 2017 թվականի մայիսի 2-ից նշանակվել Է ՀԱՊԿ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղար: Այս մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը, հայտնել է կազմակերպության գլխավոր քարտուղարի պաշտոնակատար Վալերի Սեմերիկովը: «Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպության գլխավոր քարտուղարի նշանակման հարցը քննարկելիս միաձայն ո րոշում Է ընդունվել մայիսի 2-ից այդ պաշտոնում նշանակել Յուրի Գրիգորի Խաչատուրովին»,-լրագրողներին հայտարարել Է Սեմերիկովը՝ ամփոփելով ապրիլի 14-ին Ղրղզստանում գումարված ՀԱՊԿ-ի ոչ պաշտոնական գագաթնաժողովի արդյունքները:
Նա նաեւ հայտնել Է, որ պետությունների ղեկավարները որոշում են ընդունել ՀԱՊԿ-ի նախկին գլխավոր քարտուղար Նիկոլայ Բորդյուժային պարգեւատրել ՀԱՊԿ-ի Հավաքական անվտանգության խորհրդի գերազանցության առաջին աստիճանի նշանով:
Նաեւ, նրա խոսքով, ոչ պաշտոնական գագաթնաժողովի ընթացքում ՀԱՊԿ-ի երկրների նախագահները քննարկել են «ՀԱՊԿ-ի պատասխանատվության գոտու ռազմաքաղաքական եւ ռազմաստրատեգիական իրադրության հարցերը եւ մեր աշխատանքի վերաբերյալ մի շարք լրացուցիչ ցուցումներ են ընդունել անվտանգության սպառնալիքներին հակազդելու ուղղությամբ», հաղորդել Է ՌԻԱ Նովոստին:
