Նուրսուլթան Նազարբաևը շնորհավորել է Հայաստանին հաջող ընտրություններ անցկացնելու առիթով

Եվրասիական տնտեսական բարձրագույն խորհրդի նիստին Ղազախստանի Հանրապետության նախագահ Նուրսուլթան Նազարբաևը շնորհավորել է Հայաստանին հաջող ընտրություններ անցկացնելու առնչությամբ: «Օգտվելով առիթից, ցանկանում եմ շնորհավորել Հայաստանին հաջող ընտրություններ անցկացնելու առիթով, որոնք առաջինն էին սահմանադրական բարեփոխումներից հետո»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ ասել է Նուրսուլթան Նազարբաևը:
Ղազախստանի նախագահը նշել է, որ շուտով լրանում է 3 տարին, երբ Աստանայում ստորագրվեց Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության ստեղծման մասին պայմանագիր: Նա նկատել է, որ միության սկզբնական, նախնական ու դժվար փուլում արվել է ոչ քիչ աշխատանք:
«Մենք, միմյանց հետ գործակցելով, ակտիվորեն աշխատում ենք տնտեսական ոլորտում, տնտեսության կարևոր ոլորտների հետ կապված իրականացնում ենք համակարգված քաղաքականություն: Այս ընթացքում կապեր են հաստատվել տարբեր երկրների հետ միջազգային կազմակերպություններում: ԵԱՏՄ-ի համար դժվար փուլ էր` կապված մեր երկրների կողմից ճգնաժամային երևույթները հաղթահարելու հետ: Այդ ամենն իր ազդեցությունն է թողել մեր կազմակերպության ցուցանիշների վրա, որոնք վերջին շրջանում նվազել են: Բայց ճգնաժամը հավերժ չէ, անկմանը հաջորդում է աճը»,-ասաց Նազարբաևը` ներկայացնելով մի քանի ցուցանիշներ:
Նրա խոսքով, ԵԱՏՄ անդամ շատ երկրներում նախորդ տարի գրանցվել է տնտեսական աճ, այդ թվում, Ղազախստանում: Նազարբաևը նշեց, որ հատուկ լավատեսություն պետք է ներշնչեն 2017 թվականի սկզբին գրանցված արդյունքները: Ընթացիկ տարվա հունվար-փետրվարի տվյալներով ԵԱՏՄ-ի հետ արտաքին առևտրի ծավալն, ընդհանուր առմամբ, աճել է 37 տոկոսով: Մասնավորապես, ԵԱՏՄ-ի հետ Ղազախստանի արտաքին առևտրի ծավալն աճել է 56 տոկոսով, Ռուսաստանի հետ` 50, Բելառուսի հետ` 50, Ղրղզստանի հետ` 41 տոկոսով, իսկ Հայաստանի հետ աճել է 3.5 անգամ:
«Առաջիկայում էլ պետք է շարունակենք աշխատել, որ այս միտումը պահպանվի մինչև տարվա վերջ»,-ասաց նա:
Խոսելով առաջիկա անելիքների մասին` Նազարբաևը նշեց է, որ անհրաժեշտ է ապահովել նոր առևտրատնտեսական պայմանագրեր միջազգային գործընկերների հետ շուկայի, ինչպես նաև ներդրումների ընդլայնման համար: Աշխատել ակտիվացնել գործակցությունը Իրանի, Չինաստանի, Հնդկաստանի, Սինգապուրի Իսրայելի, Սերբիայի և այլ երկրների հետ, որոնք նման ցանկություն են հայտնել: Նա կարևոր է համարել դժվարին պայմաններում փոխադարձ օգնության ձեռք մեկնելը:
Նազարբաևը վստահություն է հայտնել, որ այս հանդիպմանն ընդունված որոշումների իրագործումը կամրապնդի ԵԱՏՄ անդամ երկրների գործակցությունը, առաջիկայում էլ հարաբերությունները կբարձրացվեն ավելի բարձր մակարդակի:
Աշխատանքային այցով Բիշկեկում գտնվող Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանն այսօր ԵԱՏՄ անդամ մյուս պետությունների ղեկավարների՝ Բելառուսի Հանրապետության նախագահ Ալեքսանդր Լուկաշենկոյի, Ղազախստանի Հանրապետության նախագահ Նուրսուլթան Նազարբաևի, Ղրղզստանի Հանրապետության նախագահ Ալմազբեկ Աթամբաևի, Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի և նիստին հրավիրված Մոլդովայի Հանրապետության նախագահ Իգոր Դոդոնի հետ մասնակցել է Եվրասիական տնտեսական բարձրագույն խորհրդի նիստին: Նիստին ներկա է եղել նաև Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովի կոլեգիայի նախ ագահ Տիգրան Սարգսյանը:
