• Ածխաջրեր։ Փքվածության հետ կապված խնդիրը կարող է առաջանալ նաև շատ ածխաջրեր «ուտելու» պատճառով։ Խնդիրը կարող եք լուծել քիչ ածխաջրեր «ուտելով»։ Ալկոհոլն ու շաքարը փոխարինեք բանջարեղենով և մրգերով։
