Ինչպես գիտենք բնակչության մեծամասնությունը՝ հատկապես կանայք, ցանկանում են նիհարել՝ միարժամանակ չկարողանալով վերահսկել ախորժակը: Արդյունքի հասնելու համար անհրաժեշտ է թուլացնել, հնարավորինս զսպել ախորժակը: Երբ կկարողանա հասնել դրան՝ կինը կսկսի բավարարվել ավելի քիչ քանակությամբ սնունդով և աստիճանաբար կվերականգնի իր նորմալ քաշը:
Ինչ-որ բան ուտելու, անհագ քազցի զգացողությունը, որն առաջանում է նույնիսկ սնվելուց որոշ ժամանակ հետո, օրգանիզմում որոշ նյութերի պակասի ազդանշան է, որոնք մշտապես վերահսկում են մարդու ախորժակը: Այս խնդիրը նաև լուծում ունի՝ սննդակարգում որոշակի մթերքների ներառման միջոցով:
Դիետոլոգները ներկայացրել են մթերքների ցանկ, որոնք կօգնեն «թուլացնել» քաղցի զգացումը: Այդ մթերքներն են լոբազգիները, հավկիթը և ընկույզը: Գիտնակնները պնդում են, որ նշված մթերքների մի շարք օգտակար բաղադրիչներ նպաստում են նաև ավելորդ քաշից ազատվելուն, ինչպես նաև վիտամինների ավելացմանը, և վերկաանգնում իմունիտետը:
Կատարված հետազոտություններ պարզել են, որ մարդիկ, որոնք նախաճաշին օգտագործում են վերը նված մթերքներից, օրվա ընթացքում ավելի քիչ են ուտում, ի տարբերություն նրանց, ովքեր նախաճաշին կիրառում են հացաբուլկեղեն կամ ոչինց չեն ուտում:
