ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարարությունը ՆԱՍԴԱՔ ՕԷՄԵՔՍ-ի հետ համագործակցության շրջանակներում ստեղծել է էլեկտրոնային հարթակ, որտեղ ապրիլի 25-ից սկսած ցանկացած մարդ կարող է որոշակի պայմաններ բավարարելու դեպքում էլեկտրոնային եղանակով առցանց ձեռք բերել խնայողական պարտատոմսեր: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` այս մասին ապրիլի 14-ին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ ասաց ՀՀ ՖՆ պետակա ն պարտքի կառավարման վարչության պետ Արշալույս Մարգարյանը:
«Կարծում եմ, որ մեր ներքին խնայողությունները բավարար են պետական ծախսերի պակասուրդային ֆինանսավորումը ներքին պարտքի հաշվին բավարարելու համար: Դրա համար հարկավոր է տեխնիկական հնարավորություններ և վստահություն, ինչը փորձում ենք ավելացնել: Գանձապետական պահառուի համակարգի ներդրողների կազմի վիճակագրական վերլուծման արդյունքում մինչև 30 տարեկանները բոլոր ներդրողների 8,5 տոկոսն են, մինչև 45 տարեկանները` 23 տոկոսը, 46- 60 տարեկանները` 33 տոկոս, իսկ 60-ից բարձր` 35 տոկոս: Նոր էլեկտրոնային հարթակի ներդրմամբ համոզված եմ, որ կառուցվածքը մեկ տարի հետո այլ է լինելու»,- ասաց Մարգարյանը:
ՖՆ պետական պարտքի կառավարման վարչության պետը նաև հույս հայտնեց, որ որոշ ժամանակ անց 30 և 45 տարեկանների ցուցանիշներն ավելի բարձր կլինեն:
