Երեկ՝ ապրիլի 13-ին, Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Արագածոտնի մարզային քննչական վարչության հատկապես կարևորագույն գործերով ավագ քննիչներ Կարեն Կարապետյանն ու Գագիկ Առաքելյանը միջնորդություն են ներկայացրել Արագածոտնի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարան, որպեսզի դատարանը՝ որպես խափանման միջոց, երկամսյա կալանքի որոշում կայացնի Աշտարակ քաղաքի բնակիչ՝ 46-ամյա Արա Նազարյանի նկատմամբ։ Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, դատարանի նախագահ Սուրեն Մնոյանը դռնփակ դատական նիստն անցկացնելով և խորհրդակցական սենյակց վերադառնալով՝ որոշեց բավարարել ՀԿԳ ավագ քննիչների միջնորդությունը, և Ա. Նազարյանը, ով կասկածվում է 52-ամյա Հարություն Մովսիսյանին հրազենից արձակված 10-ից ավելի կրակոցով սպանելու մեջ, կալանավորվեց։
Գ. Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով՝ Ա. Նազարյանը, ով նախկինում 3 անգամ դատված է եղել, տեղափոխվեց «Նուբարաշեն» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկ։ Ինչպես ավելի վաղ դեպքի վայրից հայտնել էր ֆոտոլրագրողը, ապրիլի 12-ին Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Արագածոտնի մարզի քննչական վարչության հատկապես կարևոր գործերով ավագ քննիչներ Կարեն Կարապետյանն ու Գագիկ Առաքելյանը քննչական փորձարարություն էին կատարել Արագածոտնի մարզում։ Քննչական փորձարարությունը կապված էր ապրիլի 10-ին Երևան-Գյումրի ավտոճանապարհի 2-րդ կմ հատվածին հարակից դաշտում տեղադրված վագոն-տնակում 52-ամյա Հարություն Մովսեսյանի սպանության փաստի հետ։
Ոստիկանության Աշտարակի բաժնի ծառայողները ոստիկանության Արագածոտնի մարզային վարչության պետի տեղակալ Վալերի Բաղյանի և ոստիկանության Աշտարակի բաժնի պետ Ալբերտ Երիցյանի ուղեկցությամբ սպանության վայր էին բերել կասկածյալ, 46-Արա Նազարյանին։
