7 առօրյա գործողություններ, որոնք բացասաբար են ազդում մեր առողջության վրա

Մարդիկ ունեն տարբեր սովորություններ, սակայն դրանց մեջ կան այնպիսինները, որոնք կրկնվում են բոլորի մոտ: Հաճախ ստացվում է այնպես, որ առօրյայում անընդհատ կրկնվող սովորությունները իրականում բացասաբար են ազդում մարդու առողջության վրա:
1. Փռշտոցի կանխում
«Ինքդ քո մեջ» փռշտալը հանգեցնում է ճնշման բարձրացման, որի հետևանքով էլ նեղանում են գլխի անոթներն ու վատթարանում է արյան շրջանառությունը:
2. Օծանելիքի օգտագործում
Օծանելիքի քիմիական բարդ բաղադրությունը՝ սինթետիկ նյութերը, բացասաբար են ազդում առողջության վրա: Արհեստական հոտերի թունավոր տարրերը առաջացնում են գլխապտույտ և սրտխառնոց:
3. Պլաստիկ տարաներով ուտելիքներ
Վերջին ժամանակներում շատերն են իրենց հետ աշխատանքի կամ դասի պլաստիկ տարաներով ուտելիքներ տանում: Սակայն դրանցից ոչ բոլորն են իրականում սերտիֆիկացիա անցնում, այդ իսկ պատճառով էլ ոչ մի երաշխիք չկա, որ այն նյութի բաղադրության մեջ, որից պատրաստված է տարան, չկան վնասակար քիմիական տարրեր, որոնք կարող են անցնել նաև սննդին:
4. Ուտելուց հետո ատամների մաքրում
Թարմ շունչ ունենալու ձգտումն իրականում կարող է նաև վնասել մարդուն: Ոտելուց հետո ատամների վրա մնացորդներ են մնում, որոնց մի մասը, փոխազդելով ատամի մածուկի հետ, վնասում են էմալը: Բերանի խոռոչը թարմացնելու համար ավելի լավ է մաստակ օգտագործել, որը նաև նպաստում է մարսողությանը:
5. Ձեռքերի լվացումը հակաբակտերիալ օճառով
Հակաբակտերիալ օճառի սիստեմատիկ օգտագործումը ավելի քիչ վնաս չի հասցնում առողջությանը, քան դրանով վերացող մանրէները: Այս օճառները չեն տարբերում օգտակար և վնասակար միկրոօրգանիզմները, հետևաբար սպանում են և՛ մեկին, և՛ մյուսին:
6. Նեղ ջինսերի կրումը
Այսպիսի տաբատները, որոնք «հայտնություն են վայելում» և՛ իգական, և՛ արական սեռի ներկայացուցիչ երիտասարդների մոտ, ճնշում են արյան անոթները, ինչն էլ հետագայում կարող է հանգեցնել վարիկոզի առաջացման:
7. Թարմ քամված հյութերի օգտագործումը
Թարմ քամված մրգերից հյութեր մեծ քանակությամբ ըմպելը հանգեցնում է արյան մեջ շաքարի մակարդակի կտրուկ բարձրացմանը, որն էլ կարող է շաքարային դիաբետի առաջացման պատճառ դառնալ:
