Մեկնաբանելով Յուրի Խաչատուրովի նշանակումը ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղարի պաշտունում՝ դեռևս գործող պատգավոր Թևան Պողոսյանը Past.am-ին ասաց, որ նրա քաղաքական հայտարարությունները լինելու են բալանսավորված, հայանպաստ ընկալում դժվար է պատկերացնել:

«Հիշենք, երբ նախկին գլխավոր քարտուղար Բորդյուժան իր հայտարարության մեջ նշեց «Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետություն» արտահայտությունը, Բելառուսը և մյուսներն ասացին՝ որևէ մեկը չի լիազորել: Ունենալով ԵԱՏՄ-ում նախագահող Տիգրան Սարգսյանի փորձը՝ որևէ յուրահատուկ վերաբերմունք Հայաստանի հանդեպ չենք տեսնում»,-ընդգծեց մեր զրուցակիցը: Պատգամավորը չի սպասում, որ մեր շահերի առաջ տանելու հարցում դա լուրջ դեր կխաղա:

Ըստ նրա՝ տեխնիկական նշանակում է, քանի որ Հայաստանի հերթն է ունենալ իր ներկայացուցիչը: «Մեր վեց «դաշնակիցները» մաքսիմալ ձգեցին, ինչքան հնարավոր էր, այդ նշանակման պահը, բայց Ռուսաստանը խնդիրը դրել էր, որ բոլոր գան ու քվեարկեն: Մեկ անգամ Նազարբաևը չեկավ ժողովին, հետո Լուկաշենկոն, իսկ այդ հարցը պետք է անցյալ տարի աշնանը լուծվեր: Եվ չմոռանանք, որ Ռուսաստան-Բելառուս հարաբերություններում որոշակի խնդիրներ կային»,-նշեց Թևան Պողոսյանը:

Հարցին՝ ի՞նչ կփոխվեր, եթե անցյալ տարի ապրիլինի մենք ունենայինք ներկայացուցիչ ՀԱՊԿ-ում, պարոն Պողոսյանը պատասխանեց. «Որևէ բան չէր փոխվելու, եթե անցյալ տարի ապրիլին ունենայինք ներկայացուցիչ ՀԱՊԿ-ում, Էլի մեր հայ զինվորն էր առաջնագծում խնդիրը լուծելու»:

Պարոն Պողոսյանը եզրափակեց. «Սրանից ավել հույսեր ունենալ պետք չէ:Կդատենք արդյունքներով, եթե այդպիսիք լինեն»:
