Ուշագրավ հայտարարություն է տարածել ԱՄՆ դեսպանատունը, որը վերաբերվում է Հայաստանում, նախընտրական շրջանում վարչական ռեսուրսի կիրառման և դրա արդյունքում առաջացած գործընթացների հետ: Մի կողմ թողնելով ամբողջական հայտարարությունը, մենք կանդրադառնանք միայն դրա վերջին հատվածին: Այդ հատվածում մասնավորապես ասվում է.- «Այս բնույթի արժանահավատ ու թափանցիկ քննությունները համահունչ են փետրվարի 9-ին վարչական ռեսուրսի օգտագործման դեմ Վարչապետի հնչեցրած նախազգուշացման հետ: Մենք հավատացած ենք, որ կառավարությունը կապահովի, որպեսզի չլինեն հակընդդեմ մեղադրանքներ կամ հաշվեհարդար որևէ անձի կամ կազմակերպության դեմ, որը քննության կներկայացնի արժանահավատ տեղեկություններ»:
