«Ժողովուրդը» գրում է. «Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունում տրանսպորտային միջոցների տեխնիկական զննության կեղծ կտրոններ վաճառելու դեպքերով հարուցված քրեական գործերով նախաքնությունները մեկը մյուսի հետեւից մոտենում են իրենց տրամաբանական ավարտին:

«Ժողովուրդ»-ին հայտնի դարձավ, որ այս անգամ տրանսպորտային կեղծ կտրոնները պատրաստելու գործով պետությանը հասցվել է շուրջ 20 միլիոն դրամի վնաս: Ինչպես հայտնի է՝ 2016 թվականի ապրիլի 25-ին ԱԱԾ-ն կեղծ կտրոններ վաճառելու համար 4 անձի էր կալանավորել` Արտյոմ Օրդուխանյանին, Դավիթ Մնացականյանին, Սարգիս Հակոբյանին եւ Սամվել Բարխոյանին:

Ի դեպ, նշենք, որ Սամվել Բարխոյանը հայտնի երգիչներ Մարգարիտա եւ Վլադիմիր Բարխոյանների հայրն է:

Սակայն «Ժողովուրդ»-ին հայտնի դարձավ, որ տրանսպորտային կեղծ կտրոնները վաճառելու գործով մեղադրյալների թիվը ավելացել է եւս երկու անձով: Պարզեցինք, որ Արտյոմ Գալստյանը, ունենալով «HEIDELBERG GTO 52» մոդելի պոլիգրաֆիական տպագրության համար նախատեսված սարքավորում, 2015թ. սեպտեմբեր եւ դեկտեմբեր ամիսներին պայմանավորվել է քաղաքացի Հրաչ Մանգասարյանի հետ, որպեսզի տպագրի տրանսպորտային միջոցների տեխնիկական զննության կտրոնների 1.200 կեղծ ձեւաթղթեր:

Գալստյանը 1200 կեղծ կտրոններից յուրաքանչյուրի համար ստացել է 1000 դրամ: Այնուհետեւ, կտրոնները տպելուց հետո, Գալստյանը սկսել է տարբեր մարզեր տանել եւ վարորդներին վաճառել, ինչի արդյունքում պետությանը հասցրել է 10 միլիոն 650 հազար դրամի վնաս»:
