Երևանի ավագանու ընտրություններին մասնակցող քաղաքական ուժերի եթերային քարոզարշավի ժամանակացույցը հստակ է

ՀՀ կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովն արտահերթ նիստում սահմանել է Երևանի ավագանու 2017 թվականի մայիսի 14-ի ընտրություններին մասնակցող կուսակցություններին, կուսակցությունների դաշինքին նախընտրական քարոզչության ժամանակ հանրային հեռուստատեսությամբ և հանրային ռադիոյով եթերաժամ տրամադրելու կարգը:

Ըստ սահմանված կարգի` ընտրություններին մասնակցող քաղաքական ուժերին նախընտրական քարոզչության ժամանակ հանրային հեռուստատեսությամբ և հանրային ռադիոյով եթերաժամ տրամադրվում է հավասար պայմաններով:

ԿԸՀ նախագահ Տիգրան Մուկուչյանը նշեց, որ նախընտրական քարոզչություն իրականացնելու նպատակով հանրային հեռուստատեսությամբ եթերաժամ տրամադրվում է ժամը 19.15-ից, իսկ հանրային ռադիոյով` 21:15-ից:

«Տեխնիկական անհրաժեշտությունից ելնելով` հանրային հեռուստատեսության կամ հանրային ռադիոյի կողմից նշված ժամանակահատվածը կարող է տեղաշարժվել, բայց ոչ ավելի, քան 30 րոպե»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` ասաց Տիգրան Մուկուչյանը:

Երևանի ավագանու ընտրություններին մասնակցող կուսակցությանը, դաշինքին նախընտրական քարոզչություն իրականացնելու նպատակով հանրային հեռուստատեսությունը տրամադրում է 30 րոպե անվճար և մինչև 50 րոպե վճարովի եթերաժամ: Հանրային ռադիոն տրամադրում է 50 րոպե անվճար և մինչև 80 րոպե վճարովի հիմունքներով եթերաժամ:

ՀՀ կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովը վիճակահանությամբ սահմանեց նաև Երևանի ավագանու ընտրություններին մասնակցող կուսակցություններին, կուսակցություններին դաշինքին հանրային ռադիոյից և հանրային հեռուստատեսությունից եթերաժամ տրամադրելու ժամանակացույցը:

Նիստին ներկա Երևանի ավագանու ընտրություններին մասնակցող «Ելք»  դաշինքի, «Երկիր Ծիրանի», Հայաստանի Հանրապետական կուսակցության ներկայացուցիչներից յուրաքանչյուրը պատահականության սկզբունքով ապակե տարայից դուրս էր բերում նախապես համարակալված առարկաները: Հանված յուրաքանչյուր թվով էլ որոշվում էր, թե տվյալ օրը քարոզարշավի եթերաժամի ընթացքում քաղաքական ուժը որերորդն է հանդես գալու: Թե Հանրային հեռուստատեսության, թե Հանրային ռադիոյի եթերի յուրաքանչյուր քարոզչության օրվա համար կատարվեց առանձին վիճակահանություն:

Հայաստանի Հանրապետական կուսակցության համամասնական ցուցակը կգլխավորի Երևանի գործող քաղաքապետ ՏարոնՄարգարյանը, «Ելք» դաշինքի ցուցակը՝ «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության վարչության անդամ, Ազգային ժողովիպատգամավոր Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, իսկ «Երկիր Ծիրանի» կուսակցության ցուցակը՝ Զարուհի Փոստանջյանը:

Երևանի ավագանու ընտրությունները տեղի կունենան 2017թ. մայիսի 14-ին: Նախընտրական քարոզարշավը կմեկնարկի ապրիլի 21-ին և կավարտվի մայիսի 12-ին:
