Թրամփը սկսել է պատրաստվել 2020 թվականի ընտրություններին. ԶԼՄ-ներ

ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփն ակտիվորեն միջոցներ է հավաքագրում 2020 թվականի նախագահական ընտրություններին մասնակցելու նպատակով: Ինչպես փոխանցում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, վկայակոչելով New York Times-ը, ներկա դրությամբ նրան հաջողվել է հավաքել ավելի քան 30 մլն դոլար:
Համաձայն Դաշնային ընտրական հանձնաժողովի հաշվետվության, տարեսկզբից Թրամփի նախընտրական ընկերությունը բերել է 7,1 մլն դոլար, ևս 23 մլն դոլար հավաքել է Հանրապետական կուսակցությունը: ԱՄՆ նախկին նախագահ Բարաք Օբամային 2009 թվականին հաջողվել էր նույն այս ժամանակահատվածում հավաքել ընդհանուր առմամբ 15 մլն դոլար:
Թրամփի դոնորներից մեծ մասը ներդրել են ոչ մեծ միջոցներ, խոշոր հատկացումներ են ապահովվել հանրապետականների հովանավորները: Իրերի նման դրությունը, ինչպես գրում է թերթը, հիմք է տալիս կարծելու, որ անկախ Թրամփի ունեցվածքից` զգալի միջոցներ են ակնկալվում հասարակ ընտրողներից:
Տեղեկացվում է, որ Թրամփի նախընտրական արշավի կոմիտեն հունվարից սկսած ծախսել է 6,3 մլն դոլար, այդ թվում 1,2 մլն դոլար` Make America great again կարգախոսով նյութերի վաճառքի նպատակով:
Թերթն ընդգծում է, որ Թրամփը 2020-ի նախագահական ընտրապայքարին մասնակցելու հայտ է ներկայացրել իր երդմնակալության օրը: Դա թույլ է տվել նրան շարունակել միջոցներ հավաքել և ներգրավել փոքր դոնորների:
