Երեւանի քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը Դավիթաշեն վարչական շրջանում արձանագրված ապօրինի ծառահատման դեպքը վանդալիզմ որակեց: Լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանը նա նշեց, որ հետեւողական է լինելու, որպեսզի կատարողները օրենքի սահմաններում խիստ պատժվեն: «Դա անընդունելի է, երբ մենք բոլորս միասին ծառ ենք տնկում, խնամում: Մեր խնդիրն է կանաչ տարածքների ավելացումը, բայց մենք ունենք քաղաքացիներ, ովքեր շրջանցում են այս ամենը»,-«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ ասաց Տարոն Մարգարյանը:
Նրա խոսքով` Դավիթաշեն վարչական շրջանի ղեկավարին հանձնարարված է այդ հատվածում նոր ծառեր տնկել:
Դավիթաշենում ապրիլի 10-ին ապօրինի ծառահատման դեպք է գրանցվել: Հատվել է 29 ծառ, որից 3-ը հիմքից, իսկ 26-ը մոտ 2 մ բարձրությամբ: Հատվել է 5 բարդի և 24 թեղի: Շրջակա միջավայրին հասցված վնասը, բնապահպանության նախարարության գնահատմամբ, շուրջ 2 մլն 860 հազար դրամ է:
