Բնապահպանության նախարարությունում մշակվում է նոր ռազմավարություն, որը միտված է գերատեսչության լիազորությունների ընդլայնմանը: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` ապրիլի 15-ին լրագրողների հետ ճեպազրույցում ասաց ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարար Արծվիկ Մինասյանը:
«Կայուն զարգացման հիմքում էկոլոգիական մոտեցումը շատ լուրջ տեղ պետք է զբաղեցնի Հայաստանում: Այս կամ այն ծրագրերն իրականացնելիս էկոլոգիական մոտեցումը հիմք ընդունելով անհրաժեշտություն կա նվազեցնել կամ չեզոքացնել այն հնարավոր բացասական ռիսկերը, որոնք կարող են առաջանալ»,- ընդգծեց Բնապահպանության նախարարը:
Մինասյանի խոսքով` նոր կառավարության կազմավորմանը զուգընթաց նախարարությունը կունենա նոր մոտեցումներ ոլորտում առկա խնդիրները չեզոքացնելու համար:
«Պետք է ձևավորվի ինստիտուցիոնալ նոր կառույց, որը օժտված կլինի թե մասնագիտական, թե տեխնիկական, թե օրենսդրական լիազորություններով: Կանխարգելիչ միջոցառումների համար նախադրությունը չունի անհրաժեշտ արտոնություններ: Թեև մենք ունենք վերահսկողական գործառույթ, բայց բնապահպանական տեսուչներին պետք է տրվի հատուկ կարգավիճակ, առանձին դեպքերում իրավապահպան լիազորություններ, կանխարգելիչ և պատժիչ գործողություններ իրականացնելու համար»,- ասաց նախարարը:
