Խոչոր չափերով կաշառք ստանալու մեջ մեղադրվող հարկային ավագ տեսուչը կալանավորվել է

ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունում քննվող քրեական գործով ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարարության Լոռու տարածքային հարկային տեսչության ավագ տեսուչ Արմեն Պ.-ին ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 311-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով եւ 311-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 2-րդ եւ 3-րդ կետերով մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել:
Հարկային ավագ տեսուչ Արմեն Պ.-ն մեղադրվում է այն բանի համար, որ նա 2014-2015 թվականների ընթացքում հայտնաբերել է Լոռու մարզի վարչական տարածքում ապօրինի ձեռնարկատիրական գործունեությամբ զբաղվող քաղաքացիների, սակայն «Հարկերի մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի 26-րդ հոդվածի համաձայն՝ պարտավոր լինելով օրենքով սահմանված կարգով պետական գրանցում չունեցող, չհաշվառված կամ հարկային մարմիններում չհաշվառված անձանց կողմից ձեռնարկատիրական, ապօրինի գործունեությամբ զբաղվելու դեպքում գանձել տուգանք, վարչական պատասխանատվության չենթարկելու, վերոհիշյալ փաստերը չարձանագրելու եւ ապօրինի ձեռնարկատիրական գործունեությունը չդադարեցնելու, ինչպես նաեւ «Ստուգումների կազմակերպման եւ անցկացման մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի 2-րդ եւ 3-րդ հոդվածների համաձայն՝ օժտված լինելով տնտեսավարող սուբյեկտի գործունեության ոլորտում օրենքի եւ այլ իրավական ակտերի հիման վրա պետական մարմիններին ներկայացված կամ հրապարակված հաշվետվությունների արժանահավատությունը պարզելու նպատակով ստուգումներ իրականացնելու լիազորությամբ, վերջիններիս օգտին իր լիազորությունների շրջանակում ակնհայտ ապօրինի անգործության համար՝ այն է ստուգումներ չիրականացնելու, առանց գրանցման աշխատող անձանց չհայտնաբերելու եւ չգրանցելու, վարչական պատասխանատվության չենթարկելու պայմանով, կաշառք ստանալու դիտավորությամբ նախնական համաձայնության գալով Լոռու մարզի տարածքային հարկային տեսչության աշխատակից Հրաչ Մ.-ի հետ՝ խմբով անօրինական, ինչպես նաեւ օրինական տնտեսական գործունեություն ծավալելով, բազմաթիվ քաղաքացիներից պահանջել եւ ստացել են խոշոր չափերով կաշառք:
Խոշոր չափերով կաշառք ստանալու մեջ մեղադրվող հարկային տեսչության ավագ հարկային տեսուչ Արմեն Պ.-ի նկատմամբ դատարանի որոշմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց ընտրվել է կալանավորումը:
Հիշեցնենք, որ ավելի վաղ հայտնել էինք, որ ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունում քննվող նույն քրեական գործով խոշոր չափերով կաշառք ստանալու համար մեղադրանք էր առաջադրվել նաեւ հիշյալ մարզի հարկային տեսչության աշխատակից Հրաչ Մ.-ին, եւ վերջինիս նկատմամաբ որպես խափանման միջոց ընտրվել էր կալանավորումը:
