Լը Պենին մայիսին Եվրախորհրդարան կկանչեն նրա պատգամավորական անձեռնմխելիության հարցով

Ֆրանսիական «Ազգային ճակատ» կուսակցության նախագահ Մարին Լը Պենին մայիսին կկանչեն ԵՎրախորհրդարանի իրավաբանական գործերով հանձնաժողովի նիստին, որը ծրագրում է դիտարկել ֆրանսիացի քննիչների դիմումը Լը Պենին պատգամավորական անձեռնմխելիությունից զրկելու մասին։
Այս մասին Reuters գործակալությանը հայտնել է տվյալ հանձնաժողովի փոխնախագահ Լորա Ֆերարան, փոխանցում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը։
«Եվրախորհրդարանի իրավական գործերով հանձնաժողովը որոշել է, որ Լը Պենին կկանչեն լսումների մայիսի ամենամոտ օրերին»,- ասել է նա։ Նրա խոսքով լսումները կարող են անցնել մայիսի առաջին շաբաթը, այսինքն մինչեւ նախագահական ընտրությունների երկրորդ փուլը։ Ֆերարան ճշգրտել է, որ Լը Պենը կարող է հրաժարվել հանձնաժողովի առջեւ ելույթ ունենալուց։ Ըստ կանոնների՝ եվրախորհրդարանականին պատգամավորական անձեռնմխելիությունից կարող է զրկել միայն Եվրախորհրդարանը՝ լիագումար նստաշրջանին համապատասխան հարցը քվեարկության դնելու միջոցով։
Ֆրանսիայի դատական քննիչները Ազգային ճակատին կասկածում են ԵՄ հաշվին իր աշխատակիցներին աշխատավարձ վճարելու մեջ։ Ազգային ճակատի պատգամավորների երկու նախկին օգնականներին այդ հետաքննության շրջանակում արդեն մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել միջոցների յուրացման մեջ։
Քննիչները մարտին բազմիցս փորձել են այդ կապակցությամբ հարցաքննել Լը Պենին, բայց նա ամեն անգամ հրաժարվել է, պատճառաբանելով պատգամավորական անձեռնմխելիության առկայությամբ։ Բացի դրանից նա ասում էր, որ քննիիչների հարցերին կպատասխանի Ֆրանսիայում նախընտրական քարոզչության ավարտից հետո։
Ապրիլի 14-ին ֆրանսիացի քննչական մարմինները ԵԽ են ուղարկել հարցում Լը Պենին ու նրա կուսակցությունից պատգամավոր Մարի Քրիստին Բուտոննեին անձեռնմխելիությունից զրկելու մասին։
Ֆրանսիայում նախագահական ընտրությունները կանցնեն երկու փուլով՝ առաջինը ծրագրված է ապրիլի 23-ին, իսկ երկրորդը՝ մայիսի 7-ին։
