Մարդկանց մոտեցումը կոնֆլիկտներին կյանքի ընթացքում հիմնականում նույնն է մնում

Ոչ մեկին չի հաջողվել կյանքն ապրել առանց կոնֆլիկտների։ Լինի դա սեփական նախաձեռնությամբ, թե ուրիշի մեղքով՝ միեւնույն է կոնֆլիկտներից խուսափել հնարավոր չէ։ Հոգեբանները համարում են, որ գոյություն ունեն կոնֆլիկտների մի քանի ոճեր։ Ընդ որում մարդիկ կյանքի ընթացքում հիմնականում օգտագործում են վիճելու նույն ոճը, հայտնում է Planet-today–ը։

Առանձնացվել է կոնֆլիկտների մի քանի տեսակներ, որոնք միավորվել են կոնֆլիկտները լուծելու երեք ընդհանուր մոտեցումների մեջ, հայտնում է հոգեբանական կայքը։

«Կործանարար փոխգործակցություն» ոճի դեպքում մարդը իր ընդդիմախոսի մեղավորությունն օգտագործում է նրան մանիպուլացնելու համար։ Երկուսն էլ գիտեն, թե որ կետին սեղմեն, ավելի շատ ցավ պատճառելու համար։ Խնդրի համատեղ լուծման վրա կենտրոնանալու փոխարեն, նրանք կենտրոնանում են ընդդիմախոսի մեղավորության ու նրա նախկին սխալների վրա։

Հարաբերությունների համար ավելի օգտակար է «կառուցողական փոխգործակցությունը»։ Նման մոտեցման դեպքում մարդիկ կարող են խոսել բարձր ձայներանգով, սակայն առանց քողարկված կամ ակնհայտ վիրավորանքների։ Արտահայտելով իրենց դժգոհությունը,վիճողները այդուհանդերձ կենտրոնացած են լինում խնդրի լուծման վրա, ստանձնում են պատասխանատվություն իրենց արարքների համար, եզրակացություններ անում ապագայի համար։

«Կոնֆլիկտների կանխում» ոճը ենթադրում է այնպիսի վարքագիծ, որի դեպքում մոտելուտ վեճի առաջին իսկ նշանների դեպքում երկուսն էլ փորձում են խուսափել դրանից՝ նվազեցնելով լարվածությունը։ Այդպես կողմերին հաջողվում է խուսափել կոնֆլիկտից, բայց նրանք չեն լուծում խնդիրը, այլ հակառակը՝ հետաձգում  են դրա լուծումը։
