Լոռու մարզի Կաթնաղբյուր գյուղի դպրոցի նախկին տնօրեն, թոշակառու Ալմաստ Սավթալյանը կեղծ փաստաթղթեր կազմելու համար տուգանվել է 200 հազար դրամով:
Ըստ մեղադրական եզրակացության՝ Ալմաստ Սավթալյանը 9 տարի աշխատել է գյուղի միջնակարգ դպրոցում եւ այդ ընթացքում պաշտոնական փաստաթղթերում ակնհայտ կեղծ տեղեկություններ է մտցրել, ինչպես նաեւ կազմել եւ հանձնել է կեղծ փաստաթղթեր: Իրավապահներն այս դեպքով սկսել են զբաղվել, երբ նա արդեն թոշակի էր անցել:
Մինչեւ դատաքննություն սկսելը ամբաստանյալը միջնորդել է արագացված քննություն անցկացնել: Լոռու մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանը թոշակառու կնոջը մեղավոր է ճանաչել Քրեական օրենսգրքի 314-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով եւ տուգանել 200 հազար դրամով:
