Մի ամբողջ ձմեռ դրսում եմ եղել. 27–ամյա Վիկտորը պատմում է մանկատան շրջանավարտի դժվարությունների մասին (ֆոտո)

27–ամյա Վիկտոր Բերյուկովը, որը Վանաձորի մանկատան շրջանավարտներից է, որը 2009-ից սպասում է պետության կողմից հատկացվելիք բնակարանի իր հերթին: Ինչպես ինքն է պատմում, 2009թ. մանկատունը թողնելուց հետո հայտնվել է փողոցում:
«Փողոցները ման էի գալիս, գլուխս կորցրած, խառնված, տարբեր մտքերով, հուսալքված ման էի գալիս: Իրիկունն ասում էի՝ Աստված ջան, էսօր հետս ինչ ա լինելու, առավոտն էր բացվում, ասում էի՝ տեսնես էսօր մի կոտր հաց կկարողանամ վաստակեմ: Թեթև չի եղել կյանքս, շատ դժվարություններ եմ ունեցել: Մի ամբողջ ձմեռ դրսում եմ եղել, մի կերպ եմ ձմեռն անցկացրել, Տարոնի պադեզներդներով ման եմ եկել, եղել է՝ սաղ գիշեր չեմ քնել»,- հիշում է Վիկտորը:
Աշխատանք գտնելու ակնկալիքով շրջել է ոչ միայն Վանաձորում, այլև հասցրել է լինել Լոռու մարզի գրեթե բոլոր գյուղական համայնքներում: Որևէ մասնագիտություն չունենալու ու կարճատեսության պատճառով, սակայն, հիմնական աշխատանք չի կարողացել գտնել:
Վիկտորը թվում է այն բոլոր գյուղերն ու աշխատատեղերը, որտեղ աշխատել է: Հիմնական բնակության հարցը մանկատունը թողած երիտասարդը կարողացել է լուծել միայն տարիներ անց: Բնակատեղին էլ Բազում գյուղի սարի գագաթին գտնվող սենյակն է, որը ժամանակավորապես նրան է տրամադրել Լոռու մարզի Բազում գյուղի բնակիչներից մեկը։
«Օրերից մի օր էս մարդը ռաստ եկավ ինձ: Ասեց՝ արի տեղ տամ, ապրի, մինչև տեսնես ինչ ես անում: 4-5 տարի է՝ էստեղ եմ ապրում: Առավոտը գնում, տարբեր տեղեր աշխատում եմ, սրա նրա բակը, գոմը մաքրում եմ, խոտը կրում, որ կոպեկ տան»,- ասում է Վիկտորը:
Հիասթափված երիտասարդն այսօր առանձնապես ակնկալիքներ չունի. «Էս պետությունը որ պետություն ըլներ, ես դուրս գալուց հետո իմ տունն ստացած կլինեի: Ես ոչ մի ակնկալիք չունեմ, էս պետությունն որ պետություն լիներ, ես կարո՞ղ ա էսօրվա օրը էս օրին լինեիի»,- ասում է նա:
Վիկտորի կարծիքով` մանկատան շրջանավարտների նկատմամբ մոտեցումը պետք է փոխվի:
«Երեխեն մանկատնից պետք ա դուրս գա մենակ էն դեպքում, երբ վստահ ա, որ գլխին ծածկ կունենա ու աշխատանք կտան, երբ գիտի, որ իմ պես փողոցում չի մնալու, որ կարա աշխատի, յոլա գնա,- ասում է Վիկտորը,- բայց վերցնում, դուրս են գրում ու ասում՝ ոնց ուզում ես՝ ապրի: Մարդ կա՝ աշխույժ ա, էլի մի բան կարում ա անի, մարդ էլ կա, խեղճ ա, խելքը չի հասնում ինչ-որ բան անելու համար, նա էլ կործանվում ա»:
