Հայաստանը ՆԱՏՕ-ի հետ արդյունավետորեն համագործակցում է Զինված ուժերում մարդու իրավունքների ամրապնդման, կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարի և խաղաղապահ առաքելությունների ուղղությամբ: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, նման դիտարկմամբ հանդես եկավ Հարավային Կովկասում ՆԱՏՕ-ի կապի գրասենյակի քաղաքական հարցերով պատասխանատու Անջեյ Կլիմչիկը, ով Ծաղկաձորում մասնակցում էր «Քաղաքացիական ամաձայնություն» ՀԿ-ի կազմակերպած «Հայաստան-Թուրքիա հարաբերությունների կարգավորում. մարտահրավերներ եւ հեռանկարներ» սեմինարին, որն անցկացվում էր Հայաստանում Մեծ Բրիտանիայի դեսպանության աջակցությամբ:
«Համագործակցության այս ուղղությունները նախատեսված են ՆԱՏՕ-Հայաստան Անհատական գործընկերության գործողությունների ծրագրով (ԱԳԳԾ): Մեր հիմնական նպատակն է ՆԱՏՕ-ի ստանդարտների ու դրական փորձի փոխանցումը գործընկեր երկրներին»,- նշեց ՆԱՏՕ-ի պաշտոնյան: Կլիմչիկը շեշտեց, որ ՆԱՏՕ-ի համագործակցությունը գործընկեր երկրների հետ պայմանավորված է հենց այդ երկրների ցանկություններից: «Հայաստանի հետ շատ ավելի լայն համագործակցություն ունենք խաղաղապահության ոլորտում. հայ խաղաղապահները ՆԱՏՕ-ի առաքելությունների շրջանակներում Աֆղնստանում ու Կոսովոյում են»,- ընդգծեց ՆԱՏՕ-ի պաշտոնյան:
Նա շեշտեց նաև, որ օրինակ Ադրբեջանը հետաքրքրված չէ խաղաղապահությամբ, այլ հետաքրքրված է հրամանատարաշտաբային մակարդակում որոշումների կայացման ստանդարտներով: «Մենք բոլոր ցանկացող երկրներին հնարավորություն ենք տալիս համագործակցել ՆԱՏՕ-ի հետ: Հայաստանն ինքնիշխան երկիր է և ինքն է որոշում, թե որքանով պետք է համագործակցի ՆԱՏՕ-ի կամ որևէ այլ կառույցի հետ»,- ամփոփեց Անջեյ Կլիմչիկը:
