 Եվրոպայի խորհրդի գլխավոր քարտուղար Թյորբյորն Յագլանդը հորդորել է Թուրքիայի ղեկավարությունը զգուշություն ցուցաբերել սահմանադրական հանրաքվեին հաջորդած քայլերում` հաշվի առնելով, որ հանրաքվեի արդյունքները խիստ մոտ են եղել: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այս մասին հայտնում է Reuters-ը:

«Ծայրահեղ կարևոր է ապահովել դատական իշխանության անկախությունը  համաձայն օրենքի գերակայության սկզբունքի, որն ամրագրված է Մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական կոնվենցիայով: Եվրոպայի խորհուրդը, որի լիիրավ անդամն է Թուրքիան, պատրաստ է աջակցել երկրին այս գործընթացում»,- ասել է Յագլանդը:

Թուրքիայում ապրիլի 16-ին տեղի ունեցած սահմանադրական հանրաքվեում ընտրատեղամասերի 99,97 տոկոսի արդյունքներով հաղթող է ճանաչվել «այո»-ն. սահմանադրական փոփոխություններին «այո» է ասել ընտրողների 51,41 տոկոսը, «ոչ»` 48,59 տոկոսը:

Երկրում հայտարարված արտակարգ իրադրության պայմաններում անցկացվող հանրաքվեն Թուրքիայի Հանրապետության հիմնադրման օրվանից հետո երկրի կառավարման համակարգում  նախատեսում է ամենամասշտաբային փոփոխությունները: Ընդհանուր առմամբ, փոխվելու է գործող սահմանադրության 18 հոդված: Համաձայն այս փոփոխությունների՝ նախագահը լիազորություն է ստանում ուղղակիորեն նշանակել պետական կարևոր պաշտոնյաների՝ ա յդ թվում և նախարարներին: Նա իրավունք է ունենալու նշանակել մեկ կամ մի քանի փոխնախագահի: Նախագահը կարողանալու է միջամտել դատական համակարգին, նա է որոշելու հայտարարել արտակարգ դրություն, թե ոչ: Նոր փոփոխություններով՝ Թուրքիայում նախագահ կարող է ընտրվել 40 տարին լրացած, բարձրագույն կրթություն ունեցող, պատգամավոր ընտրվելու պայմաններին բավարարող, Թուրքիայի քաղաքացիությ ուն ունեցող անձը: Նա պաշտոնավարելու է 5 տարի ժամկետով: Ընդ որում, մեկ անձն առավելագույնը կարող է ընտրվել երկու անգամ: Երկրի նախագահին թույլատրվելու է լինել կուսակցական: Նախագահն է նշանակելու այլ երկրներում Թուրքիայի դեսպաններին և հետ կանչելու նրանց:

Մյուս փոփոխություններով՝ նախատեսվում է մեջլիսի պատգամավորների թիվը 550-ից դարձնել 600: Պատգամավոր ընտրվելու տարիքը 25-ից իջեցվելու է 18-ի: Մեջլիսի և նախագահի ընտրություններն անցկացվելու են 5 տարին մեկ անգամ՝ միևնույն օրը:

Սահմանադրական հանրաքվեում «այո»-ի հաղթանակի պարագայում փոփոխությունները ուժի մեջ կմտնեն 2019 թվականից:
