Դավիթ Տոնոյանն ընդունել է Եվրահանձնաժողովի բնակչության պաշտպանության հարցերով գլխավոր վարչության համակարգողին

ՀՀ արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարար Դավիթ Տոնոյանն ապրիլի 17-ին ընդունեց Եվրահանձնաժողովի բնակչության պաշտպանության և մարդասիրական օգնության հարցերով գլխավոր վարչության (DG ECHO) Արևելյան հարևանության, Կենտրոնական Ասիայի, Իրաքի և Իրանի արագ արձագանքման համակարգող Սրդան Ստոյանովիցին:
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԱԻՆ տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, հանդիպման ընթացքում քննարկվեցին ՀՀ ԱԻՆ-ի, ՄԱԶԾ-ի և DG ECHO-ի համագործակցությունը աղետների ռիսկի կառավարման և նվազեցման ոլորտում, ինչպես նաև՝ հետագա համատեղ ծրագրերի իրականացման ընդլայնումը տարածաշրջանային մակարդակով:
Նախարար Տոնոյանը կարևորեց Հայաստանի և Եվրամիության համագործակցությունը քաղաքացիական պաշտպանության բնագավառում, ինչը կարող է նաև խթանել աղետների ռիսկի նվազեցման գործընթացը և դրա շուրջ համագործակցությունը տարածաշրջանային մակարդակում:
Կողմերը քննարկեցին արտակարգ իրավիճակների ոլորտում փորձագետների փոխանակման և վերապատրաստման հնարավորությունները:
Անդրադարձ եղավ նաև Հայաստանի համայնքներում աղետների ռիսկի նվազեցման և դիմացկունության բարձրացման հնարավորություններին: Համագործակցության այս բաղադրիչի հաջողված մեկնարկը Սյունիքի Կապան և Քաջարան քաղաքային համայնքներում դիմացկունության բարձրացմանն ուղղված պիլոտային ծրագրի մեկնարկն էր. այն է՝ սելավավտանգ հատվածների ուսումնասիրություն անօդաչու թռչող սարքերի կիրառմամբ:
Ս.Ստոյանովիցը կայցելի նաև Սյունիքի մարզի ՀՀ ԱԻՆ Ճգնաժամային կառավարման կենտրոն՝ ծրագրի շրջանակներում ստեղծված քաղաքային և մարզային ազդարարման համակարգի աշխատանքին ծանոթանալու նպատակով:
