«Առաջին լրատվական»-ի զրուցակիցն է Հայաստանի Քաղաքագետների միության նախագահ Հմայակ Հովհաննիսյանը:
– Պարոն Հովհաննիսյան, մեր նախորդ հարցազրույցում խոսում էինք ներքաղաքական և ընտրական գործընթացների համատեքստում Արցախյան հիմնահարցի դերի ու նշանակության և հատկապես «Կոնգրես-ՀԺԿ» դաշինքի ղեկավար Լևոն Տեր-Պետրոսյանի դեկտեմբերյան ելույթի մասին: Այդ հարցազրույցում այսպիսի միտք հայտնեցիք կոնկրետ ԼՂ հարցի մասին, որ նախորդ տարի ՀՀ ղեկավարությանը, ըստ էության, հաջողվել է խուսափել ԼՂ հակամարտության կարգավորման՝ բոլորիս հայտնի փուլային տարբերակը կյանքի կոչելու ծրագրից՝ շնորհիվ հայ զինվորների անձնազոհության ու հերոսության և նաև «Սասնա ծռերի» զինված ապստամբության, բայց սկզբունքորեն ՀՀ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը հնարավորություն չի տեսնում խուսափելու Արցախի 5 կամ 7 շրջանները հանձնելու սցենարից, այդ պատճառով էլ նախաձեռնեց կառավարման խորհրդարանական մոդելին անցնելու գործընթացը, որի շնորհիվ հնարավոր կլինի խուսափել պատասխանատվությունից: Եվ Լևոն Տեր-Պետրոսյանը, Ձեր խոսքով, պատրաստակամություն հայտնեց օգնել գործող նախագահին այս գործում: Ի՞նչ հստակություն է առաջացել այս հարցում ընտրություններից հետո՝ հաշվի առնելով դրանց արդյունքներն ու քաղաքական նոր դասավորությունը: Կարծում եք՝ այս սցենարը դեռևս ուժի մե՞ջ է:
– Այդ հարցազրույցում ներկայացված վերլուծությունն ու գնահատականներն իսկապես բուռն արձագանքների առիթ տվեցին: Դրանում համոզվելու համար բավական է հայացք նետել այն մեկնաբանություններին, որոնք իմ վերլուծության վերաբերյալ արել են ընթերցողները: Ինչ վերաբերում է իմ վերլուծությանը, ապա դրան արձագանքածներից ոմանք՝ Լևոն Տեր-Պետրոսյանի մերձավոր շրջապատից, ինձ այն ժամանակ մեղադրեցին առաջին նախագահի տեսակետները նենգափոխելու համար, սակայն, ինչպես բոլորը համոզվեցին անցած խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների քարոզարշավի ընթացքում, ինձ հասցեագրված այդ մեղադրանքն իր բազմաթիվ ելույթներով հերքեց հենց ինքը՝ «Կոնգրես-ՀԺԿ» դաշինքի առաջնորդը: Ի՜նչ խոսք, դա ինձ ամենևին էլ չուրախացրեց. մոլորյալ ճանաչվելը ես կգերադասեի այն համազգային խայտառակությունից, որի ականատեսը դարձանք բոլորս: Ի վերջո, իմ անձնական ձախողումը չէր կարող համարժեք լինել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության առաջին նախագահի՝ մեր նորագույն պատմության խորհրդանշական ֆիգուրի ցավալի ձախողմանը: Դա ոչ թե առանձին, թեկուզ ականավոր քաղաքական գործչի ֆիասկո էր, այլ մեծ հաշվով՝ համազգային ֆիասկո:
