Դաշտանային ցիկլի ուշացումը հիմնականում կապված է լինում հղիության առկայության հետ, բայց երբեմն հանդիպում են հղիության հետ չկապակցված պատճառներ: Պարզ է մի բան, դաշտանային ցիկլի ժամկետների փոփոխությունները հիմնականում խոսում են օրգանիզմում առկա լուրջ խանգարումների մասին:

Նորմալ դաշտանային ցիկլ

Հասուն կնոջ դաշտանային ցիկլը կախված է հորմոնների որոշակի կայուն մակարդակից, որոնք արտազատվում են փուլերով: Յուրաքանչյուր ամիս օրգանիզմը պատրաստվում է հղիության: Երբ բեղմնավորում տեղի չի ունենում, օրգանիզմը փոխում է հին էնդոմետրիումը նորի: Էնդոմետրիումի անջատումն էլ հենց դաշտանային ցիկլն է:  Նորմայում  դաշտանային ցիկլի տևողությունը 28-29 օր է, սակայն հնարավոր են տատանումներ՝ 22-32 օր: 

Երբ է դաշտանը համարվում ուշացած

Դաշտանը, ինչպես և կանացի օրգանիզմն ամբողջությամբ, ենթակա է արտաքին գործոնների ազդեցությանը: Հետևաբար, կարող են լինել դաշտանային ցիկլի ժամկետների աննշան շեղումներ: Ուշացում բժիշկները համարում են դաշտանի բացակայությունը 5 օր և ավելի տևողությամբ: Եթե այսպիսի ուշացումները դառնում են կանոնավոր, փոխվում է դաշտանի բնույթը, առաջանում են ցավեր, անհրաժեշտ է անհապաղ այցելել բժշկին:

Ինչու է ուշանում դաշտանը

Իհարկե, առաջին բանը, ինչի մասին մտածում է սեռական կայնքով ապրող կինը, հղիությունն է:  Հղիության թեստ անցկացրեք, այն կհերքի կամ կհաստատի ձեր կարծիքը:

Ուշացման պատճառ կարող է լինել նաև սթրեսը: Եթե ձեր կյանքը սթրեսների շարան է և դուք անընդհատ լարված եք, դաշտանը կարող է ուշանալ և նույնիսկ ժամանակավորապես  անհետանալ: Ձեր բժշկի հետ խորհրդակցելիս տեղեկացրեք նրան սթրեսի առկայության մասին:

Քաշի ազդեցությունը

Հայտնի է կնոջ քաշի ազդեցությունը վերարտրադողական համակարգի ու դաշտանային ցիկլի վրա: Եթե կինը արագ կորցնում է կիլոգրամներ, նրա դաշտանային ցիկլը կարող է ժամանակավորապես ուշանալ: Սա կպված է էստրոգենների և պրոգեստերոնի սակավությամբ: Բանն այն է, որ ենթամաշկային ճարպաբջջանքն արտազատում է էստրոգենի հավելյալ քանակություն և որոշակի առումով մասնակցում է կնոջ օրգանիզմի կարգավորմանը:

Համապատասխանաբար, քաշի ավելցումը նույնպես բացասական է ազդում դաշտանի ժամկետի վրա:

Զանազան սննդակարգերի կիրառումը նույնպես սթրես է օրգանիզմի համար:

Ծանրաբեռնվածություն, հիվանդություններ

Դաշտանի վրա ազդում են նաև ֆիզիկական ծանրաբեռնվածություններն ու պրոֆեսիոնալ սպորտը: Սպորտը բարձրացնում է ադրենալինի և տեստոստերոնի մակարդակը՝ ճնշելով  կանացի հորմոնները, հետևաբար, դաշտանն ուշանում է: 

Ուժեղ ազդեցություն ունեն նաև կլիմայական փոփոխությունները:

Դաշտանային ցիկլի ևս մեկ պատճառ է հակաբեղմնավորիչների օգտագործումը: 

Հակադեպրեսանտների, միզամուղների ու հակախոցային դեղերի անկանոն ընդունումըևս ազդեցություն ունի դաշտանային ցիկլի վրա: Եթե ստիպված եք պարբերաբար ընդունել այս միջոցները, խորհրդակցեք ձեր գինեկոլոգի հետ:
