Որովայնի ճարպակալումն այլևս խնդիր չէ

Կնոջ համար կատարյալ լինելու թիվ 1 նախապայմանը անթերի կազմվածքն է: Ճարպոտ փոր ունենալու խնդիրը շատ հաճախ է անհանգստացնում բազմաթիվ կանանց, հատկապես` ամռանը, երբ լողազգեստի ժամանակն է: Փորի հատվածում ճարպից հեշտ ազատվելու ու գեղեցիկ իրան ունենալու համար պետք չէ դիմել հատուկ բժիշկների կամ շաբաթներով դիետաներ պահել: Կարելի է ուղղակի օգտագործել մթերքներ, որոնք կայրեն ձեր ավելորդ ճարպը:
Առաջին հերթին անհրաժեշտ է օգտագործվող սննդամթերքի մեջ ավելացնել լոբազգիներ: Որովայնի ճարպից ազատվելու համար խստիվ արգելվում է օգտագործել կարտոֆիլ: Բայց այս մթերքի սիրահարներին խորհուրդ ենք տալիս միանգամից չհուսահատվել: Այն օգտագործելու ու ճարպ չկուտակելու մի հնարք կա` պարզապես կարտոֆիլը սառը վիճակում կերեք: Սառելուց հետո ընկնում է դրա կալորիականությունն ու այն այլևս վտանգավոր չէ ձեր կազմվածքի համար:
Օգտագործեք պայթեցրած եգիպտացորենի հատիկներ և արևածաղիկ, բայց` առանց շաքարի կամ ձեթի: Արևածաղիկն ու եգիպտացորենի հատիկները ախորժակ «սպանելու» մեծագույն վարպետներն են: Հատկապես երեկոյան, երբ 6-ից հետո քաղց եք զգում` զբաղվեք արևածաղիկով և այն անմիջապես կքչանա:
Սպիտակ ու կանաչ թեյերն ամենաօգտակարն են որովայնի ճարպը ոչնչացնելու համար: Մյուս կողմից, այդ թեյերն արդյունք կտան միայն այն դեպքում, եթե դրանց օգտագործումը լինի պարբերական:
