ԼՐԱԳԻՐ / Հուսով եմ Հայաստանն ու Ադրբեջանը ղարաբաղյան խնդրի խաղաղ կարգավորման հարցում վճռական կլինեն եւ երրորդ ուժերի միջամտություն ու ճգնաժամի խորացում թույլ չեն տա, ապրիլի 16-ին Թեհրանում ընդունելով Ադրբեջանի պաշտպանության նախարար Հասանովին՝ հայտարարել է Իրանի պաշտպանության նախարար Հոսեին Դեհգանը:

Հասանովը Թեհրան է ժամանել բավական մեծ պատվիրակությամբ, եւ քննարկումների շարքում ներառված է նաեւ Արցախի հակամարտության թեման:

Պարզ չէ, թե Ադրբեջանի պաշտպանության նախարարն այդ թեմայով ինչ ակնկալիք է ունեցել Թեհրանից, սակայն Իրանի պաշտպանության նախարարի հայտարարությունը գրեթե բաց տեքստով հորդոր է Ադրբեջանին՝ ձեռնպահ մնալ իրավիճակի ռազմական լարումից: Բանն այն է, որ իրավիճակի ռազմական լարման դեպքում «երրորդ երկրների» միջամտությունը դառնալու է անխուսափելի: Իրանի պաշտպանության նախարարը հույս է հայտնում, որ Ադրբեջանն ու Հայաստանը վճռական կլինեն եւ թույլ չեն տա այդպիսի զարգացում:

Խոսքն իհարկե առաջին հերթին վերաբերում է Բաքվին, քանի որ պատերազմը Բաքվի հռետորաբանության անբաժանելի տարրն է: Իրանի պաշտպանության նախարարը փաստացի հայտնում է, որ Իրանի համար անընդունելի է պատերազմի նոր բռնկումը, ինչպես ապրիլին:

Մի քանի շաբաթ առաջ Իրանի նախագահ Հասան Ռոհանին հայտարարել էր, որ ապրիլին հյուսիսային սահմանին բռնկված անհանգստության համար Իրանը պատվիրակություններ է գործուղել Երեւան եւ Բաքու՝ իրավիճակը հանդարտեցնելու համար:

Ռոհանին փաստորեն բացահայտել էր ապրիլյան պատերազմի մինչ այդ կարծես թե անհայտ ի դրվագ: Այսինքն, պնդումները, թե հրադադարը հաստատվել է Ռուսաստանի ջանքով, այդքան էլ միարժեք չեն:

Իրանի շահագրգռությունն այստեղ հստակ է: Թեհրանի համար անընդունելի է տարածաշրջանում երրորդ երկրների ռազմական ներկայությունը: Ուղիղ իմաստով խոսքը վերաբերում է արցախյան հակամարտության գոտում խաղաղապահների առկայությանը, որոնք փաստորեն կանգնելու են Իրանի հյուսիսային սահմանին:

Միեւնույն ժամանակ, Թեհրանն անկասկած գիտակցում է, որ խոսքը լինելու է պարզապես Ռուսաստանի ռազմական ներկայության մասին:

Հենց դրա շուրջ էր կառուցված մի քանի տարի շարունակ ծավալված կազանյան պլանը եւ դրան կարող էր հանգեցնել նաեւ ապրիլյան պատերազմը: Ահա թե ինչու Իրանն անմիջական պատվիրակության մակարդակով սկսել է աշխատել կողմերի հետ, իրավիճակը կայունացնելու համար: Երկարատեւ ռազմական գործողողությունը կավարտվի ոչ թե Հայաստանի կամ Ադրբեջանի, այլ երկուսի ռազմական պարտությամբ եւ Ռուսաստանի հաղթանակով, որը կգա թե Հայաստանի, թե Ադրբեջանի համար արյունալի պատերազմը կանխելու եւ իր «խաղաղապահ ներկայությունը» հաստատելու:

Ապրիլի 16-ին Իրանի պաշտպանության նախարար Հուսեին Դեհգանը փաստորեն Ադրբեջանի պաշտպանության նախարարին զգուշացնում է այդօրինակ արկածախնդրության կրկնություն թույլ չտալու մասին:
