 Թուրքիայում ապրիլի 16-ին անցկացված սահմանադրական հանրաքվեն անց է կացվել երկու կողմերի համար անհավասար հնարավորությունների պայմաններում: Այս մասին ասվում է միջազգային դիտորդների կողմից հրապարակված հայտարարության մեջ:

«Ընդհանուր առմամբ հանրաքվեն չի համապատասխանել Եվրոպայի խորհրդի չափանիշներին: Իրավական շրջանակն անբավարար է եղել ժողովրդավարական գործընթաց անցկացնելու համար»,- նշել է Եվրոպայի խորհրդի խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովի առաքելության ղեկավար Սեզար Ֆլորին Պրեդան:

ԵԱՀԿ/ԺՀՄԻԳ կարճաժամկետ առաքելության ղեկավար Տանա դե Զուլուետան նշել է, որ հանրաքվեն անց է կացվել այնպիսի քաղաքական միջավայրում, որտեղ հիմնարար ազատությունները, որոնք կարևոր են ժողովրդավարական գործընթացի համար, քողարկվել էին արտակարգ իրադրության պայմաններում: Բացի այդ, երկու կողմերը չեն ունեցել հավասար հնարավորություններ քվեարկողներին դիմելու հարցում: «Մեր մոնիթորինգը ցույց է տվել, որ «այո»-ի քարոզարշավը գերակշռել է լրատվամիջոցներում և դա ԶԼՄ-ներում առկա սահմանափակումների, լրագրողների ձերբակալությունների և լրատվամիջոցների փակման հետ մեկտեղ, սահմանափակել է քվեարկողներին հասանելիությունը տեսակետների բազմազանությանը»,- նշել է նա:

Դիտորդներն արձանագրել են, որ որոշ ընտրատեղամասերում իրենց գործունեությունն արգելվել կամ խոչընդոտվել է:
