Արմեն Վարդանյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Համաշխարհային ֆինանսական ճգնաժամից հետո երկրի տնտեսական աճի կառուցվածքում տեղի են ունեցել որակական տեղաշարժեր հօգուտ ավելի արտադրողական ճյուղերի: Տնտեսական աճին ետճգնաժամային տարիներին սկսել է առավելապես նպաստել տնտեսության արտահանելի հատվածը՝ արդյունաբերությունը և գյուղատնտեսությունը:

2015 թվականին տնտեսական աճը հիմնականում պայմանավորված էր տնտեսության արտահանելի ոլորտներով: 2015-ին 3.0% աճ է արձանագրվել, պայմանավորված հիմնականում գյուղատնտեսության 13.2% և արդյունաբերության 7.6% աճերով: Նշված ժամանակահատվածում գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտի հաշվին ապահովվել է տնտեսական աճի 2.4 տոկոսային կետը, իսկ արդյունաբերությունը ապահովել է տնտեսական աճի 1.2 տոկոսային կետը: Ծառայությունների ճյուղն աճել է 0.6%-ով, տնտեսական աճին նպաստելով 0.3 տոկոսային կետով, շինարարությունը նվազել է 3.1%-ով` 0.3 տոկոսային կետով բացասական նպաստում ունենալով տնտեսական աճին:

2016 թվականին տնտեսությունը ցածր աճի միտումը պահպանվեց: 2016 թվականի հունվար-հուլիսին գրանցվել է տնտեսական ակտիվության ցուցանիշի (ՏԱՑ) աճ. նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածի նկատմամբ ցուցանիշն աճել է 3%-ով: Ընդ որում՝ տնտեսական ակտիվությանը նպաստել են հիմանականում ծառայություններն ու արդյունաբերությունը: ՏԱՑ-ի աճին դրական նպաստում են ունեցել ծառայությունների (2.4 տոկոսային կետ), արդյունաբերության (1.1 տոկոսային կետ) և գյուղատնտեսության (0.2 տոկոսային կետ) համախառն թողարկման իրական աճերը: Շինարարությունը (-0.6 տոկոսային կետ) բացասական ազդեցություն է ունեցել ՏԱՑ-ի աճին:

Կանխատեսում. 2016 թվականին տնտեսական աճին հիմնականում կնպաստեն ծառայությունները: 2016 թվականին ներքին տնտեսական զարգացումների միտումները և արտաքին աշխարհից եկող զարգացումները հիմք են հանդիսացել 2016 թվականին 2.4% տնտեսական աճի կանխատեսման համար:

2017 թվականին տնտեսական աճը արագացող կլինի պայմանավորված ինչպես արտաքին զարգացումներով` մասնավորապես ՌԴ տնտեսության և պղնձի համաշխարհային գների վերականգնմամբ, այնպես էլ 2016թ. իրականացված խթանող հարկաբյուջետային և դրամավարկային քաղաքականությամբ: 2017 թվականի համար իրական ՀՆԱ-ի աճը կանխատեսվում է ավելի բարձր 2016 թվականի համեմատությամբ` 3.2%-ի չափով, որին հիմնականում կնպաստեն ծառայությունների և արդյունաբերության ճյուղերը: Տնտեսական աճի կանխատեսման մեջ հաշվի են առնվել Ռուսաստանի տնտեսական աճի, հումքային ապրանքների գների զարգացման միտումները, ինչպես նաև ներքին տնտեսական քաղաքականության ազդեցության գնահատականները:
