Ավանի հոգեբուժարանում ռումբի կեղծ ահազանգի հեղինակն անմեղսունակ է ճանաչվել

Երեւանի Ավանի հոգեբուժարանում ռումբի վերաբերյալ կեղծ ահազանգի գործն ուղարկվեց դատարան:
Ըստ մեղադրական եզրակացության՝ 29-ամյա Էդգարը տաքսաֆոնից զանգահարել է ոստիկանության օպերատիվ կառավարման կենտրոն եւ նախապատրաստվող ահաբեկչության մասին տվել է սուտ հաղորդում` հայտնելով, որ Ավանի հոգեբուժարանում ռումբ է տեղադրված եւ 3 ժամից այն պայթելու է:
Նախաքննությամբ Էդգարը ճանաչվել է անմեղսունակ: Երեւանի Կենտրոն եւ Նորք Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանը պետք է քննի երիտասարդի նկատմամբ բժշկական բնույթի հարկադրական միջոցներ կիրառելու հարցը:
Ավելի վաղ ոստիկանությունը հաղորդել էր, որ 2017թ. փետրվարի 6-ին ոստիկանության Երեւան քաղաքի վարչության օպերատիվ կառավարման կենտրոնից Նոր Նորքի բաժնում հաղորդում էր ստացվել, որ իրենց զանգահարած անհայտ քաղաքացին հայտնել է, որ Ավանի հոգեբուժարանում ռումբ է դրված եւ 3 ժամից պայթելու է: Մեկնած օպերատիվ խումբը եւ համապատասխան գերատեսչությունների մասնագետները պարզել են, որ ահազանգը իրականությանը չի համապատասխանում:
Նույն օրը, ժամը 15.10-ին, ոստիկանության Երեւան քաղաքի վարչության օպերատիվ կառավարման կենտրոնից, այս անգամ՝ Արաբկիրի բաժնում, համանման մեկ այլ հաղորդում է ստացվել, որ իրենց է զանգահարել անհայտ քաղաքացի եւ հայտնել, որ մեկ ժամից Բաղրամյան պողոտայում գտնվող շինություններից մեկը կպայթի:
Համապատասխան ուսումնասիրությունների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ ահաբեկչության մասին հաղորդումը սուտ է եւ այն կատարվել է Մաշտոցի պաղոտայի թիվ 5 հասցեում գտնվող տաքսաֆոնից:
Պարզվել է, որ նշված անձը Երեւանի բնակիչ, Էդգար Վ.-ն է
