Բերանի խոռոչի հիգիենան. ինչպես խուսափել լուրջ հիվանդություններից ու տհաճ հոտից

Հայտնի է, որ ատամներ չլվանալը և բերանի խոռոչի հիգիենային չհետևելը առաջացնում է մի շարք հիվանդություններ: Փչացած ատամներն ու բերանի խոռոչի ոչ հիգիենիկ միջավայրը կարող են ինֆեկցիաների ներթափանցման և բերանի տհաճ հոտի առաջացմանը պատճառ դառնալ:
Ատամների որակյալ և ճիշտ ինքնուրույն կամ անհատական մաքրումը ստոմատոլոգիական առողջության հիմնական գրավականն է:
Ոչ մեկի համար գաղտնիք չէ, որ ստոմատոլոգիական հիվանդությունների (կարիես, գինգիվիտ, պարօդոնտիտ և այլն) առաջացման հիմնական պատճառը ատամների վրա առաջացած նստվածքներն են: Նստվածքներում պարունակվող մանրէներն իրենց կենսագործունեության ընթացքում արտադրում են թթուներ, որոնք ագրեսիվ ազդեցություն ունեն ատամների և լնդերի վրա: Հենց այդ պատճառով էլ ատամնաբույժները ատամների առողջության պահպանման հարցում շեշտը դնում են բերանի խոռոչի ճիշտ, որակյալ և կանոնավոր մաքրման և հիգիենայի պահպանման վրա:
Ինչպես է ճիշտ մաքրել ատամները
Ատամները պետք է մաքրել ամեն օր 2 անգամ՝ առավոտյան և երեկոյան՝ քնելուց առաջ, առնվազն 2 րոպե տևողությամբ: Իսկ ամեն անգամ ճաշելիս կամ որևէ բան ուտելուց հետո խորհուրդ է տրվում բերանը ողողել ջրով:
Ատամները պետք է մաքրել խոզանակի ուղղահայաց, կիսաշրջանաձև, ավլող շարժումներով հետևայլ կերպ. վերևի ծնոտի ատամնաշարը մաքրել վերևից ներքև, ստորին ծնոտի ատամնաշարը ներքևից վերև ուղղությամբ, պետք է անպայման մաքրել ատամի լեզվային և քմային մակերեսները, ատամների կտրող և ծամող մակերեսները: Բերանի խոռոչի մաքրումը պետք է ավարտել լեզուն, լնդերը, այտի ներսի մակերեսը և քիմքը մաքրելով: Միջատամնային տարածքները մաքրելու համար օգտագործեք ատամնաթել` ֆլոս: Այս պրոցեսը ժամանակատար է, բայց շատ անհրաժեշտ: Հարկավոր է այն կատարել ամեն օր: Ֆլոսը փաթաթեք յուրաքանչյուր ձեռքի միջնամատին և պահելով ֆլոսի մի ծայրը պետք է մանրամասնորեն մաքրել բոլոր միջատամնային տարածքները և ուշադրություն դարձրեք, որպեսզի չվնասեք լնդագրպանիկները:
Հարկավոր է խոզանակը փոխել 2-3 ամիսը մեկ անգամ: Յուրաքանչյուր անգամ ատամները մաքրելուց հետո հարկավոր է լվանալ խոզանակը՝ այն մածուկի և սննդի մնացորդներից մաքրելու համար:
