Էրդողանը ԵԱՀԿ-ն կոչ է արել «չափը ճանաչել»

Թուրքիայի նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանին զայրացրել է սահմանադրական հանրաքվեի վերաբերյալ ԵԱՀԿ դիտորդական առաքելության կազմած զեկույցը: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը` վկայակոչելով թուրքական «Անադոլու» գործակալությունը, նախագահական նստավայրում կազմակերպված միջոցառման ժամանակ Էրդողանը կոչ է արել ԵԱՀԿ-ին «չափը ճանաչել»:
«Եվրոպայում ԵԱՀԿ կոչվող մի կազմակերպություն կա: Այժմ սրանք մի զեկույց են պատրաստում, թե «Թուրքիայում ընտրություններն այսպես անցան, այնպես անցան»: Նախ և առաջ ձեր չափը ճանաչեք: Ձեր պատրաստած այդ քաղաքական բովանդակությամբ զեկույցները մենք ոչ տեսել ենք, ոչ լսել, ոչ էլ գիտենք: Մենք շարունակելու ենք մեր ճանապարհը»,- ասել է Թուրքիայի նախագահը:
ԵԱՀԿ զեկույցի վերաբերյալ հայտարարություն է տարածել նաև Թուրքիայի արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունը` անընդունելի համարելով այն որակումը, որ հանրաքվեն չի համապատասխանել միջազգային չափանիշներին:
Ապրիլի 17-ին ԵԱՀԿ-ն տարածել էր հայտարարություն Թուրքիայի սահմանադրական հանրաքվեի արդյունքների վերաբերյալ: Հայտարարության մեջ ասվում էր, որ հանրաքվեն անց է կացվել երկու կողմերի համար անհավասար հնարավորությունների պայմաններում: «Ընդհանուր առմամբ հանրաքվեն չի համապատասխանել Եվրոպայի խորհրդի չափանիշներին: Իրավական շրջանակն անբավարար է եղել ժողովրդավարական գործընթաց անցկացնելու համար»,- նշել էր Եվրոպայի խորհրդի Խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովի առաքելության ղեկավար Սեզար Ֆլորին Պրեդան:
ԵԱՀԿ/ԺՀՄԻԳ սահմանափակ ընտրական առաքելության ղեկավար Տանա դե Զուլուետան նշել էր, որ հանրաքվեն անց է կացվել այնպիսի քաղաքական միջավայրում, որտեղ հիմնարար ազատությունները, որոնք կարևոր են ժողովրդավարական գործընթացի համար, քողարկվել էին արտակարգ իրադրության պայմաններում: Բացի այդ, երկու կողմերը չեն ունեցել հավասար հնարավորություններ քվեարկողներին դիմելու հարցում: «Մեր մոնիթորինգը ցույց է տվել, որ «այո»-ի քարոզարշավը գերակշռել է լրատվամիջոցներում և դա ԶԼՄ-ներում առկա սահմանափակումների, լրագրողների ձերբակալությունների և լրատվամիջոցների փակման հետ մեկտեղ, սահմանափակել է քվեարկողներին հասանելիությունը տեսակետների բազմազանությանը»,- նշել էր նա:
