Թեհրանում ապրիլի 16-ին կայացել են Իրանի և Ադրբեջանի պաշտպանական գերատեսչությունների ղեկավարների բանակցությունները: Պաշտոնական այցով Թեհրան ժամանած Զաքիր Հասանովի հետ հանդիպման ընթացքում Իրանի պաշտպանության և զինված ուժերի աջակցության նախարար Հոսեյն Դեհղանը ուշագրավ հայտարարությամբ է հանդես եկել՝ կոչ անելով հայկական և ադրբեջանական կողմերին հասնել հիմնախնդրի լուծմանը խաղաղ ճանապարհով և անել դա «առանց երրորդ կողմի միջամտության»:

Թեմայի շուրջ «Առաջին լրատվական»-ի զրուցակիցն է ԵՊՀ իրանագիտության ամբիոնի վարիչ, իրանագետ Վարդան Ոսկանյանը:

– Պարոն Ոսկանյան, այս հանդիպումն ի՞նչ նշանակություն ունի Հայաստանի տեսանկյունից, և ինչպե՞ս կմեկնաբանեք իրանցի նախարարի հայտարարությունը ղարաբաղյան հարցի մասին:

– Բազմիցս ասել եմ, որ Ադրբեջանը շատ դեպքերում փորձում է կապկել հայ-իրանական հարաբերությունների օրակարգը, և այս համատեքստում սպասելի էր, որ ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարի՝ Իրան կատարած այցից և նշանակալի արդյունքներ գրանցելուց հետո ադրբեջանական կողմն էլ է ջանալու «հասնել» Հայաստանին: Զաքիր Հասանովի այցը Թեհրան առաջին հերթին պետք է դիտարկել հենց այս շրջանակներում:

Ինչ վերաբերում է Ադրբեջանի և Իրանի միջև ձեռքբերված պայմանավորվածություններին ու երկկողմ հարաբերություններին ռազմական և պաշտպանական ոլորտում, ապա դատելով առկա սուղ տեղեկատվությունից՝ կարելի է ասել, որ ըստ էության որևէ լուրջ հաջողություն չի գրանցվել: Համենայնդեպս այդ մասին հստակ տեղեկատվություն չունենք:
