Տավարի միս ուտե՞լ ամեն օր, թե` ոչ

Տավարի միսը շատերիս կերակրացանկի բաղկացուցիչ մասն է դարձել, սակայն պետք է հիշել, որ անհրաժեշտ է նախ և առաջ ճիշտ ընտրել եւ եփելիս էլ հետեւել հմուտ խոհարարների առաջարկած խորհուրդներին:
Թարմ միս ընտրելու համար նախ պետք է իմանալ, որ թարմ մսի հոտը լինում է հաճելի, գույնը՝ բաց վարդագույն, երբեմն կարմիր: Լավ, որակյալ միսը կտրելիս համարյա չոր է լինում, փչացած, անառողջը՝ մոխրագույն, կպչուն, ջրոտ եւ ունի շա տհաճ հոտ:
Մասնագետները մշտապես պնդում էին, որ տավարի միսն ունի մի շարք օգտակար հատկություններ` սակավարյունության դեպքում, այն հարուստ է երկաթով, որը լավ է յուրացվում վիտամին C-ի առկայության դեպքում։
Սակայն վերջին հետազոտությունները պարզեցին, որ ամեն օր այն սննդակարգում կիրառել չի թույլատրվում, քանի որ կարող է մեծացնել ստամոքսի քաղցկեղի առաջացման վտանգը: Խորհուրդ է տրվում ուտել շաբաթական երեք անգամից ոչ ավելին:
Նշենք որ պակաս օգտակար չէ նաև տավարի լյարդը, քանի որ պարունակում է մեծ քանակությամբ օգտակար նյութեր: Այն խորհուրդ է տրվում միզաքարային հիվանդության դեպքում, նաև կանխարգելում է սրտի կաթվածը։ Հորթի միսն էլ իր հերթին օգտակար է ինֆեկցիոն հիվանդություններից, այրվածքներից, մարմնական մի շարք վնասվածքներից վերականգնվելու համար։
