Դիլհամ Ասկերովն՝ ընդդեմ Սերգեյ Լապշինի

Աշոտ Ասատրյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Ադրբեջանական մեդիան փորձում է իր օգնությունը մատուցել Իլհամ Ալիևին ու կրկին սկսել են բարձրացնել Դիլհամ Ասկերովի հարցը, ով 2014 թվականին Արցախում ձերբակալվել էր պետական սահմանը ապօրինի հատելու համար, նրա հետ ձերբակալվել էր նաև Շահբազ Գուլիևը:
Ասկերովին ադրբեջանական մամուլը և անձամբ Իլհամ Ալիևը ավելի շատ տեղ են տալիս, քանի որ նա Ռուսաստանի քաղաքացի է: Վերջին շրջանում ՌԴ ԱԳՆ-ի պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ Մարիա Զախարովան մի քանի անգամ շոշափել է Սերգեյ Լապշինի ձերբակալության թեման, քանի որ Լապշինը նաև Ռուսաստանի քաղաքացի է, և Զախարովան հայտնել է, որ իրենք զբաղվելու են նրա գործով:
Ադրբեջանցիներն էլ փորձում են Լապշինի և Ասկերովի գործը նույնացնել: Ժամանակին Իլհամ Ալիևը անձամբ էր Վլադիմիր Պուտինից խնդրել, որպեսզի նա զբաղվի Ասկերովի գործով, սակայն Պուտինը ոչ մի տեսակի միջամտություն ցույց չտվեց, ու Ասկերովը այդպես էլ իր պատիժը կրում է Արցախի բանտում:
Սակայն մարդ արարածը ինչքան անուղեղ պետք է լինի, որ այս երկու տարբեր մարդկանց կատարած տարբեր արարքները նույնացնի: Ադրբեջանական լրատվական կայքերի տարածած նյութերի համաձայն՝ Ասկերովի կատարած արարքում ոչ մի անօրեն արարք չկա: Մենք, իհարկե, գիտենք, որ ադրբեջանցիների համար երեխա սպանելը ճանճ սպանելու պես բան է, բայց քաղաքակիրթ մարդկանց համար մարդասպանները քրեական պատասխանատվության է ենթարկվում, իսկ Դիլհամ Ասկերովը և իր հետ եկած ադրբեջանցի շները սպանել էին նաև Շահումյանի շրջանի Նոր Էրքեջ գյուղի բնակիչ, 1997թ. ծնված Սմբատ Ցականյանին: Արցախի դատարանը նրանց վրա հարուցել է քրեական գործեր՝ պետական սահմանն ապօրինաբար հատալու, լրտեսության, ապօրինի կերպով հրազեն և ռազմամթերք կրելու, մարդուն բացահայտ առևանգելու և սպանության հոդվածներով:
Իսկ ի՞նչ է արել Սերգեյ Լապշինը: Բոլոր նորմալ մարդկանց նման այցելել է Արցախ որպես բլոգեր, շրջել ու հայտնել է սեփական կարծիքը Արցախի, Հայաստանի ու Ադրբեջանի մասին: Սա ադրբեջանցիները համարել են որպես ապօրինի կատարած քայլ, ու ձերբակալել են նրան ու հիմա էլ նույնացնում են մարդասպանին ու զբոսաշրջիկի հետ:
