Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի աշխատակազմի շինարարության և բարեկարգման վարչությունը հայտարարություն է տարածել Երևանի ավագանու ընտրություններում պայքարի մեջ մտած «Ելք» դաշինքի ցուցկում առաջին տեղում գտնվող Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի համար: 

«Ասֆալտապատման աշխատանքների համառոտ ուղեցույց  պարոն Ն. Փաշինյանի համար

Տեղեկացնում ենք, որ մինչ ասֆալտապատման բուն աշխատանքների մեկնարկը նախ գույքագրվում են փողոցների վերանորոգման կարիք ունեցող հատվածները, սխեմատիկ նշումներ են կատարվում տվյալ փողոցների հատակագծերի վրա, որից հետո միայն ձեռնարկվում են փողոցների վնասված հատվածների վերանորոգման նախապատրաստական աշխատանքները: Այսինքն, ոմանց կողմից շրջանառության մեջ դրվող այն կարծիքը, թե ասֆալտբետոնե ծածկի կտրման աշխատանքներն արվում են քաոտիկ եղանակով, անգամ հեռավոր աղերս չունի իրականության հետ:

Ինչևէ, վերը նշվածից հետո միայն սկիզբ է առնում ասֆալտապատման նախապատրաստական աշխատանքները, որի շրջանակում է փողոցների երթևեկելի մասի ասֆալտի վնասված հատվածների հետահար մուրճով (կոմպրեսոր) կամ տաշող սարքով՝ ֆրեզով, կտրելու գործընթացը: Այս փուլը՝ կախված փողոցի վերանորոգվող ծավալից, վիճակից և տվյալ փողոցի տրանսպորտային բեռնվածությունից, կարող է տևել մի քանի օր, ընդ որում, մասնավորապես գերբեռնված երթևեկով փողոցների դեպքում տվյալ աշխատանքները կազմակերպվում են հատված առ հատված՝ քաղաքի երթևեկությունը չպարալիզացնելու նկատառումից ելնել ով:

Այնուհետ կտրված հատվածները փոշեմաքրվում են, որից հետո բիտումապատվում՝ այն նախապատրաստելով ասֆալտապատման բուն աշխատանքների իրականացմանը: Ի դեպ, ֆրեզի աշխատանքը կազմակերպվում է ջրաշիթի կիրառման օգնությամբ, որպեսզի սարքի ատամնանիվները չվնասվեն, ինչն իր հերթին կտրված մակերեսը դարձնում է խոնավ, իսկ ինչպես բոլորին է հայտնի, խոնավ մակերեսը նախ պետք է չորանա, որպեսզի բիտումի շերտն ապահովի լիարժեք կպչողականություն: Իսկ եթե սրան էլ գումարենք անձրևային եղանակի գործոնը, որն ի դեպ վերջին օրերին առկա է նաև Երևանում, ապա առավել քան կամբողջանա մայրաքաղաքի որոշակի փողոցների ասֆալտապատման բուն աշխատանքների ձգձգման օբյեկտիվ պատճառները:

Ինչ վերաբերում է կոնկրետ Մաշտոցի պողոտային, որը Երևանի գլխավոր մայրուղիներից է և համարվում է մայրաքաղաքի տրանսպորտային հոսքերով ամենածանրաբեռնված փողոցներից մեկը և այդտեղ վերոնշյալ աշխատանքների կազմակերպումը հնարավոր է բացառապես գիշերային ժամերին, ապա տեղեկացնում ենք, որ վերը նշված գործընթացի ողջ հաջորդականությունը պահպանելով, այն ավարտին կհասցվի առաջիկա մի քանի օրվա ընթացքում: Իսկ կոնկրետ նշված հատվածը, որի կտրման աշխատանքներն, ի դեպ, կատարվել են նախորդ գիշեր, արդեն այս գիշեր կասֆալտապատվի:

Հուսով ենք, որ այս համառոտ նկարագիրը օգտակար կլինի Ազգային Ժողովում հետագա օրինաստեղծ գործունեության համար»:
