Վրաստանի նախագահը հորդորել Է Ռուսաստանին՝ կառուցողական երկխոսություն սկսել

Վրաստանի նախագահ Գեորգի Մարգվելաշվիլին հայտարարել Է, որ Թբիլիսին «հորդորել Է Ռուսաստանին՝ կառուցողական երկխոսություն սկսել եւ պատրաստակամություն Է հայտնում քննարկել դիվանագիտական ոլորտի ցանկացած հարց»: Այդ մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը, ասված Է Սուխում ՌԴ արտաքին գործերի նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովի՝ ապրիլի 18-ին մեկնարկող այցի առթիվ պետության ղեկավարի հայտարարության մեջ: 
 
Մարգվելաշվիլին «խիստ անհանգստացած Է ռուսական կողմի գործողություններից՝ ի պատասխան Վրաստանի կառավարության ռազմավարական համբերության քաղաքականության եւ իրադրության կայունացման ուղղությամբ Թբիլիսիի կառուցողական քայլերի»:
 
«Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունը դրան պատասխանում Է Վրաստանի ինքնիշխանության եւ տարածքային ամբողջականության դեմ ուղղված հերթական գործողություններով, որոնք Էլ ավելի են սրում առկա իրադրությունը»,-ասված Է փաստաթղթում: 
Պետության ղեկավարը հայտարարել Է, որ «Վրաստան օտարերկրյա պետության ներկայացուցչի այցը եւ երկրի տարածքում ցանկացած ներկայացուցչության գործունեությունը հնարավոր Է միայն Վրաստանի իշխանությունների համաձայնությամբ»: 
 
«Հակառակ դեպքում այդօրինակ գործողությունները Վրաստանի օրենսդրության եւ միջազգային իրավունքի կոպիտ խախտում են»,-նշել Է նախագահը:
Նա կոչ Է արել միջազգային հանրակցությանը՝ «խստիվ դատապարտել ՌԴ-ի այսպես կոչված «արտոնյալ շահերի քաղաքականությունը» եւ խոչընդոտել Վրաստանի ինքնիշխանության եւ տարածքային ամբողջականության դեմ ուղղված հերթական ոտնձգությանը», հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
