Հայաստանյան դպրոցներում կմտցվի ձեռնարկատիրական կրթություն

Հանրակրթական ուսումնական հաստատություններում այսուհետև ներդրվելու է ձեռնարկատիրական կրթություն՝ 4 տարի տևողությամբ։ ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարար Լևոն Մկրտչյանը շնորհակալություն հայտնեց «Հայաստանի պատանեկան նվաճումներ» կազմակերպությանը, որ Հայաստանի անկախության այս 26 տարում միշտ եղել է ԿԳՆ-ի կողքին։ 

«Հայաստանի պատանեկան նվաճումներ» կազմակերպությունը առաջինն էր, որ սկսեց մեր երկրում տնտեսագիտության նոր համակարգի դասածրագրերի ուսուցումը և աստիճանաբար ներմուծումը կրթական համակարգ։ Իրենք ինքնուրույն ձևավորել են իրենց համակարգը, որը հասնում է հարյուրավոր դպրոցներ և հազարից ավելի ուսուցիչների։ Մեր համագործակցությունը հաստատ շարունակական կլինի։ Այս հուշագիրը թույլ է տալիս մեզ, որպեսզի տարիներ շարունակ իրականացվող այս ծրագիրը դարձնենք հանրակրթական։ Այս փաստաթղթով աստիճանաբար սկսում ենք ներառել ձեռնարկատիրական կրթությունը։ Ծրագիրը իջեցնելու ենք մինչև կրտսեր դասարաններ, որպեսզի ունենանք արդեն պատրաստի դպրոցների այն համախումբը, որտեղ կսկսենք ծրագիրը»,- նշեց նախարարը։ 

Տարրական դպրոցի 2-4 դասարաններում երեխաները այս առարկան կուսանեն որպես ինտեգրվող բաղադրիչ «Տեխնոլոգիա» կամ այլ առարկայի մեջ, հիմնական դպրոցի 5-7 դասարանի աշակերտներն էլ` որպես ինտեգրվող բաղադրիչ «Տեխնոլոգիա» կամ այլ առարկայի մեջ, ավագ դպրոցի 10-րդ դասարանում` որպես տեսական և 11-րդ դասարանում` որպես գործնական բաղադրիչներ։ 

«Հայաստանի պատանեկան նվաճումներ» կազմակերպության տնօրեն Արմինե Հովհաննիսյանն ասաց, որ արդեն 26 տարի է Հայաստանի տարբեր մարզերում դասավանդվում է այս առարկան։ 
«Այսօր նոր փուլ է տեղափոխվում այս նախագիծը՝ ավելի լավ, ավելի պաշտոնական։ Շատ կարևորում եմ նաև, որ փոքրիկ երեխաների ենք ընդգրկելու։ Ես շատ ուրախ եմ, որ Հայաստանը համընթաց է քայլում արտասահմանյան այլ երկրների հետ։ Այս առարկան այսօր շատ է կարևորվում տարբեր երկրներում»,- ասաց Հովհաննիսյանը։ 
ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարարության և «Հայաստանի պատանեկան նվաճումներ» կազմակերպության միջև ստորագրվեց փոխըմբռնման հուշագիր՝ ՀՀ հանրակրթական դպրոցներում ձեռնարկատիրական կրթության ներդրման և զարգացման վերաբերյալ։ 


Հուշագիրը ստորագրեցին ՀՀ ԿԳ նախարար Լևոն Մկրտչյանը և «Հայաստանի պատանեկան նվաճումներ» կազմակերպության տնօրեն Արմինե Հովհաննիսյանը։ 
Ծրագրի ներդրման սկիզբը կտրվի 2017 թվականի սեպտեմբեր ամսին և կավարտվի 2020 թվականին սեպտեմբերին։ 

Հաշվի առնելով 2011 թվականից սկսած ՀՊՆ-ի ձեռնարկատիրական կրթության հաջողված ծրագիրը` Կրթության և գիտության նախարարությունը դիմեց կազմակերպությանը, և վերջինս համաձայնվեց ստանձնել ձեռնարկատիրական կրթության ինտեգրման գործընթացում ուսումնական նյութերը և ձեռնարկները մշակելու, ինչպես նաև ուսուցիչների վերապատրաստման դասընթացները կազմակերպելու և անցկացնելու պարտականությունները:
