Երեկոյան ուտելը գիրացնում է, թե ոչ: Արդյոք հնարավոր է նիհարել, եթե չես ուտում երեկոյան 6-ից հետո: Դիետելոգների մոտեցումները այս հարցում փոքր-ինչ տարբեր են, սակայն հիմնականում բոլորը կարծում են, որ երեկոյան ընթրիքը անհրաժեշտ է: Ավելին, եթե երեկոյան չեք ընթրում, ապա հավանականությունը մեծ է, որ հաջորդ օրը նախաճաշին չափից շատ կուտեք, ինչն էլ իր հերթին կնպաստի գիրացմանը ու ավելորդ քաշին:

Բացի այդ, ըստ դիետոլոգների, երբ երեկոյան չեք ուտում, իսկ առավոտյան սովի պատճառով չափից շատ եք սնվում խանգարվում է նյութափոխանակությունը, ամբողջ օրվա ընթացքում աղեստամոքսային տրակտը ծանրաբեռված է լինում:
Արդյոք պետք է ուտել քնելուց առաջ

Դիետոլոգները նշում են, որ քնելուց առաջ հարկավոր է սնվել, բայց սննդի վերջին ընդունումը պետք է լինի քնելուց 2-3 ժամ առաջ: Միաժամանակ ընթրիքը անհրաժեշտ է , որպեսզի հաջորդ օրը սովի զգացողությունը չստիպի ձեզ անընդհատ ուտել: Որոշ դիետոլոգների կարծիքով, երեկոյան 6-ից հետո ուտելը նույնիսկ անհրաժեշտություն է: Նրանց կարծիքով, երբ չեք ուտում օրգանիզմը ավելի քան 12 ժամ մնում է առանց սննդի, ինչը վնասակար է առողջությանը և կարող է հանգեցնել օրգանիզմի հյուծման:

Ի՞նչ ուտել երեկոյան 6-ից հետո.

Երեկոյան սնունդը պետք է թեթև լինի: Սննդամթերքում ցանկալի է, որ գերազանցեն սպիտակուցները, այլ ոչ ածխաջրերը: Սպիտակուցային սնունդը ուշ է մարսվում և սպիտակուցը դեռ երկար մնում է օրգանիզմում: Ահա այն ուտեստների ցանկը որոնք կարող եք ձեզ թույլ տալ երեկոյան 6-ից հետո՝

  1. Ոչ յուղոտ կաթնաշոռ
  2. Ձուկ
  3. Հավի կրծքամիս
  4. Մածուն
  5. Բանջարեղեն (լոլիկ,վարունգ,գազար, քաղցր պղպեղ)
  6. Մրգեր (ցիտրուսային մրգեր,խնձոր,տանձ,խաղող,նուռ,բանան)

Սակայն անհրաժեշտ է հիշել, որ երեկոյան սնունդը պետք է չլինի տապակած, ինչպես նաև պետք է ամեն ինչ ուտել քիչ քանակությամբ:
