Սուրճը բնության մեջ միակ նյութն է, որի մեջ պարունակվում է առողջության համար օգտակար ավելի քան 120 նյութեր, վիտամիններ, հանքային աղեր և այլ արժեքավոր միկրոտարրեր: Բացի այդ՝ սուրճը բովելուց 180 օրերի ընթացքում պահպանում է իր օգտակար հատկությունները:
