Մազաթափությանը նպաստող գործոններն ու դրանից ազատվելու լավագույն միջոցները

Ձեզ  հարկավոր է ճիշտ սնվել, քիչ նյարդայնանալ ու հաճախակի լվալ գլուխը: Առողջ մազերը միշտ էլ համարվել են  հպարտություն: Սակայն, եթե մազերը սկսել են թափվել, հարկավոր է հնարավորինս շուտ  կիրառել համապատասխան պրոցեդուրաներ:

Գոյություն ունի մազաթափության մի քանի պատճառ և մազաթափության դեմ պայքարի 6 մեթոդ:

Մազաթափության հիմնական պատճառները՝ 

1. Վարակիչ հիվանդություններ

Մարմնի ջերմության կտրուկ աճը, որը ուղեկցվում է վարակիչ  հիվանդությունների, օրինակ գրիպի կամ քութեշի դեպքում, կարող է առաջացնել մազաթափություն: Այդ պրոցեսը կարող է տևել մի քանի ամիս և հետո ինքնին դադարել:

2. Սթրես

Մազերը ակտիվ սկսում են թափվել նյարդային վիճակից: Նևրոզի ու  դեպրեսիայի ժամանակ մարդու օրգանիզմը սկսում է արտադրել հնարավորինս քիչ պրոլակտին հորմոն, որը օգնում է պայքարել սթրեսի դեմ:

3. Հորմոններ

Հղիությունը, կլիմաքսը կամ  հորմոնների մի շարք այլ կտրուկ տատանումները  կարող են դառնալ մազաթափության պատճառ: Մազերը հաճախակի սկսում են թափվել նաև շաքարային դիաբետի  և էնդոկրին համակարգի խանգարումների հետևանքով:

4. Մազի ամուր սեղմակներ ու ռետինե մազակալներ

Այս դեպքում մազաթափության հիմնական պատճառը դառնում է մազարմատների վրա ճնշում գործադրելը, որոնք  թուլանում են ու թափվում:

Մազաթափության դեմ պայքարի մեթոդները

1. Հավասարկշռված սննդակարգ

Մազերի աճի համար հարկավոր է օգտագործել պրոտեինով հարուստ սնունդ: Լավ կլինի ընդունեք վիտամինային կոմպլեքսներ, որոնց մեջ առկա կլինեն մազերի աճի համար օգտակար հատուկ վիտամիններ:

2. Գլխի մերսում

Ամեն անգամ, գլուխը լվանալուց,  մատների նուրբ շարժումներով մերսեք գլխի մաշկը: Դա կբարելավի արյան հոսքը մազային ֆոլիկուլներ: Քնելուց առաջ խորհուրդ է տրվում փափուկ սանրով 5-10 րոպե սանրել մազերը:

3. Դիմակներ մազերի համար

Այս դեպքում առավել լավ օգնում են մազերի համար նախատեսված դիմակները: Տաքացրեք ձիթապտղի, չիչխանի,  գերչակի, կոկոսի կամ կտավատի յուղը, քսեք մազերի վրա և այդպես թողեք որոշ ժամանակ: Այդ միջոցը օգնում է կանխել նաև թեփի առաջացումն ու գլխի մաշկի չորությունը:

4. Լվացեք մազերը

Թույլ մի տվեք մազերին շատ յուղոտվել, քանի որ մազերն այդ դեպքում ավելի արագ են թափվում:

5. Աշխատեք հնրավորինս քիչ օգտագործել վարսահարդարիչ

Վարսահարդարիչները,  մազերի ուղիղացման համար նախատեսված արդուկները միայն վնասում են մազերին: Թույլ տվեք մազերին հանգստանալ: Ոչ մի դեպքում մազերը թաց մի սանրեք, քանի որ դա սթրես է մազերի համար:

6. Մոռացեք մազերի գելի(դոնդող) մասին

Մազերը հարդարելու  համար նախատեսված գելերը, մուսերը, լաքերը այս դեպքում օգտակար չեն: Իսկ բալզամներից հարկավոր է օգտվել այն դեպքում, եթե մազերը դժվար են հարդարվում:
