Դոնալդ Թրամփը ստորագրել է «գնեք ամերիկյան ապրանքներ/ աշխատանքի ընդունեք ամերիկացիներին» հրամանը

ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփը ստորագրել է հրաման, որը պետք է կյանքի կոչի «գնեք ամերիկյան ապրանքներ/աշխատանքի ընդունեք ամերիկացիների» նախընտրական կոչը։
Հրամանագիրը կառավարական գերատեսչություններին պարտավորեցնում է վերանայել ապրանքներ ձեռք բերելու ներկա պրակտիկան ու գերատեսչությունների ղեկավարների համար ներդնում է պահանջ՝ «գնեք ամերիկյան ապրանքներ» կանոնին համապատասխան բացառություններ անելու մասին, հայտնում է «Ամերիկայի ձայնը»։
Պաշտոնատար անձինք հայտնում են, որ հրամանագրի շրջանակում վերանայվելու են նաեւ միջազգային համաձայնագրերի շրջանակում կառավարական գերատեսչությունների կողմից ապրանքների ձեռքբերման կանոնները։ Դրա նպատակն է ամերիկյան ընկերություններին հնարավորություն տալ իրենց արտադրանքը ԱՄՆ առեւտրային գործընկեր երկրներին վաճառել այն նույն պայմաններով, որոնք ԱՄՆ-ում են գործում օտարերկրյա ընկերությունների համար։
Նոր հրամանագիրը նաեւ նախատեսում է փոխել որոշակի հմտություններ ունեցող օտարերկրացիներին վիզաների տրամադրման կարգը։ Խոսքն այսպես կոչված «H-1B» վիզայի մասին է։ Այս ծրագրի շրջանակում նպատակ էր դրված ԱՄՆ բերել այնպիսի աշխատողների, որոնք ԱՄՆ-ի համար պահանջված հմտությունների են տիրապետում։ Սակայն Թրամփի վարչակազմի աշխատակիցների խոսքով կա մտահոգություն, որ ամերիկյան ընկերությունները ամերիկացիների փոխարեն վարձակալում են օտարերկրացի աշխատողների, որպեսզի ավելի քիչ աշխատավարձ վճարեն։
Կառավարական գերատեսչություններին հանձնարարվել է վերանայել առկա կանոններն ու նորմերը, հայտնել խնդիրների մասին ու ներկայացնել դրանց լուծման վերաբերյալ ռեկոմենդացիաներ։
