 Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության պատերազմական սցենարը Իրանին ձեռնտու չէ: «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում նման դիտարկում արեց իրանագետ Գոհար Իսկանդարյանը: Անդրադառնալով Իրանի պաշտպանության նախարար Հոսեյն Դեղանի՝ օրերս արած հայտարարությանը այն մասին, որ Հայաստանն ու Ադրբեջանը չպետք է թույլ տան ղարաբաղան կարգավորման հարցում երրորդ ուժերի միջամտությունը՝ իրանագետը նշեց, որ սա անընդմեջ հնչող հայտարարություններից է:

«Կարծում եմ՝ «երրորդ ուժեր» արտահայտությունը կարելի է վերագրել բոլոր երկրներին բացի Մինսկի խմբից,  քանի որ գիտենք՝  հենց խումբն է զբաղվում այդ խնդիրներով:  Դիտարկումը հիմնականում այն մասին է, որ ոչ Թուրքիան այստեղ անելիք ունի, ոչ էլ անգամ Միացյալ Նահանգները կարող է ինչ-որ առանձնահատուկ գործողություններ ծավալել: Այս գործընթացը հանձնարարված է Մինսկի խմբին, եւ սրանով  կրկին կարեւորվում է խմբի գործունեությունը»,-ընդգծեց Գոհար Իսկանդարյանը:

Իրանի եւ Ադրբեջանի պաշտպանության նախարարների հանդիպման ընթացքում շեշտվել է երկու երկրների կողմից պաշտպանական ոլորտում համագործակցության ընդլայնման պատրաստակամությունը: Իրանագետն ընդգծեց, որ կարեւոր են ոչ այնքան հայտարարությունները, որքան գործողությունները:

«Ասեմ, որ նմանատիպ հայտարարություն արվել է նաեւ Հայաստանի պաշտպանության նախարարի հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ, եւ դա շատ բնական է: Մենք գիտենք, որ Իրանի եւ Ադրբեջանի միջեւ տարաձայնություններ եւ խնդիրներ կան, եւ հետաքրքիր կլինի հետեւել, թե ինչպես են նրանք այդ ամենը հաղթահարելով համագործակցում տարբեր հարթակներում, հատկապես պաշտպանական ոլորտում: Ամեն դեպքում, Իրանի համար անչափ կարեւոր եւ անհրաժեշտ է տարածաշրջանային անվտանգությունը: Հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանին առաջացած յուրաքանչյուր խնդիր Իրանը շատ ցավագին է ընդունում,  քանի որ դա հե նց իր սահմանների, իր տարածքի անվտանգության համար սպառնալիք է: Իրանը նույնպես շահագրգռված է, որ ամեն ինչ բանակցությունների, խաղաղ միջնորդական առաքելությունների միջոցով լուծվի»,-նշեց նա:

Մեր հարցին ի պատասխան՝ իրանագետը նաեւ անդրադարձ կատարեց Իրանի եւ Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության միջեւ ազատ առեւտրի շուրջ տարվող բանակցություններին՝ ընդգծելով, որ Իրան-ԵԱՏՄ համագործակցությունը միանշանակ ձեռնտու է Հայաստանին:

«Իրանը մեծապես հետաքրքրված է այս համագործակցությամբ,  խոսքը, ի վերջո, այդքան մեծ շուկայի մասին է, բայց վերջին հայտարարություններից տեսանք, որ ԵԱՏՄ-ում այս հարցի հետ կապված կան խնդիրներ, այսինքն՝ այնտեղ այդքան էլ չեն ցանկանում ակտիվորեն համագործակցել Իրանի հետ: Առկա են խնդիրներ, որոնք պետք է լուծվեն: Հուսով եմ՝  դրանք պարզապես օրենսդրական դաշտի հետ  կապված, այլ ոչ թե երկրների միջեւ առկա խնդիրներ են:  Ինչ վերաբերում է Հայաստանին, ապա այն կկարողանա միջնորդի դերում լինել:  Բազմիցս խոսել ենք, որ որոշակի ապրանքներ, կիսաֆաբիկատներ  հնարավոր կլինի բերել այստեղ, հետո մտցնել ԵԱՏՄ շուկա: Սա շատ հետաքրքիր բան է, բայց այս պահին առանձնապես դրական միտումներ չեմ նկատում»,-եզրափակեց Գոհար Իսկանդարյանը:
